The shower doesn’t have a door, so water splashes out quite a bit.

Clean, spacious, good facilities. Very worth the money. Because it’s out of the town center, it’s quiet and peaceful with uninterrupted views of the valley and Fansipan mountain. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast selection was far from 5 stars. Missed an egg station (custom omelette, etc), Nutella and fresh orange juice just to name a few examples. The gym is an absolute joke for a five star hotel. It consists of 3 different stations and couldn't be worse located.

Very comfortable beds, beautiful view into the valley (need to book the right room category or you end up with inside courtyard view). Staff was very caring and helpful

The property is gorgeous perched on a hill. You won't get nicer views in Sapa. It's quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town, you actually feel like you are in with nature. The rooms were nice and spacious and the window seat was a delight. The balcony overlooking the valley was the highlight to wake up every morning in the clouds was a dream. The staff were so kind and attentive to our needs. We really felt like they knew us personally. They helped us secure tickets to Fansipan as well. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was very tasty. The pool was phenomenal. It was warm and had beautiful views. The shuttle into town was also very convenient to use and helpful.

Noise along the corridor from a bunch of excited hikers in the late night and early morning. We wish they were more considerate of other guests.

Front desk exceptional service with Fansipan booking and transport arrangements. Hospitality service with a SMILE , delightful experience with Luna and Katie in particular.

Rooms a bit noisy. Could hear people in the next rooms. Children yelling loudly in corridors 6am. If you have earplugs, all would be fine.

The interior finishes looks dated. A lot of the interiors inside the room seem worn and torn. You can see the edges of the wall are already chipping. The tiles, the grouting and the laminates are already tattered. The phone in our room is not working so we always have to go down the reception whenever we have questions.

There were ton of greeneries at the property and I loved it. The view from the restaurant is also stunning. For its price range, I think it’s a steal. The staff is very accommodating, they asked about how are room is, and when we gave a feedback that it’s not as clean as we hope it would be, they rushed into our room to clean it thoroughly. I love how quickly they reacted, and how much care they provide for their customers.

The property ticked all expectations and looked exactly as it was on Booking.com. Staff were always happy to help and go the extra mile. Especially the front desk Manager, which we believe her name was Katie.

Location a bit out of Sa Pa center but with very beautiful scenery to the valley. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle bus service to the city center or quick 15-20 minutes walk. Nice balcony.

Hotel was clean and is just the right distance away from the market. Staff was very friendly. The valley view was awesome. Staff were very helpful in organising visits to nearby tourist attractions. We would love to stay there again.
