The sea was not clean at all A lot of plastic in the bay made us really sad Lan Ha bay was very crowdy, full of boats

The boat is beautiful and in perfect condition We stayed in the captain grand view cabin that is really amazing Even the triple cabin was fine but a little small and the triple bed was not super comfortable The personal was very kind and professional The food was good

The bikes on the cycle to the village were fairly run down, but did the job. The kayaks to the light and dark cave were very old.

Lovely room with a comfortable bed. The boat is as it looks in the photos. Staff were all great. Food was excellent - although would have preferred Vietnamese cuisine to Western for dinner. Excursions were good fun.

No live music on a Monday - extremely disappointing. The itinerary was too packed. We opted not do to the first tour and were told this was ok but there was no one available to turn on jacuzzi and the deck area had not been cleaned - towels etc from previous guests were still there. Dinner was ok - good meat and fish quality but dishes did not make a lot of sense. Smoked salmon with Brie was actually a tiny slice of Edam cheese. The boat lacked atmosphere compared to other boats which were passing by. ‘Afternoon tea’ and ‘light breakfast’ were disappointing.

Beds and rooms are very comfortable. Mango daiquiris were delicious. Lunch and breakfast buffets were very good. Beautiful surroundings.

Could have been more entertainment at night, there was no band as it was a Mondsy so felt a bit flat after dinner.

The boat, food, trips and overall service was fantastic. Valerie looked after us from start to finish, even arranging different food for one of the kids in our party. Food was exceptional. The kids especially loved the squid fishing and the cooking class.

The cruise seemed overbooked in that they could not seat everyone in the dining room. We were relegated to the piano lounge and had to complain to be seated in the dining room. The piano room is nice but pretty basic.You have to walk over the stage or wires or walk a longer way to the dining room. It may not seem like much but the dining room is so plush and they keep advertising the dining experience. They need to organise their dining room better or let their guests know before hand.

Very good and professional crew. Stunning interiors, still new and very plush. The excursions and activities were enjoyable. It’s a great way to see Halong Bay/ Lan Ha Bay. The room was very well appointed and so comfortable and quiet. The food was mostly enjoyable…. Some dishes were better than the others but it was all really fresh and well presented.But there was a lot of food and good variety. The cocktails are generous but pretty average. The wine list by the glass was also quite average. The transfers were really well done and I need to thank April Le for excellent and prompt communication.

As only experience in Ha Long Bay it would be too short. It is a kind of mass processing, but accepting this, the trip will create wonderful memories.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good and sufficient food. Very nice staff! Gorgeous views from the sundeck, restaurant and room. The shore leaves were free of charge and quiet nice, but short. 1 hour biking to Viet Hai village in the afternoon and next morning 40 minutes kayaking to Hang Toi bright cave. Both a little crowded. They can pick you up at Cat Ba Gia Luan port. You do not need to take the ferry to the official pick-up point on Dao Tuan Chau.

Don't go on the boat to use the wifi, it's an area with beautiful sightseeing, far away from good internet. Cut internet and enjoy the cruise!

A professionally well organised trip which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff responded to our early enquiries very quickly and were very helpful arranging transfers between hotel, boat & airport. The accommodation was of a high standard and the beds very comfortable. Staff on the boat ensured we were well looked after for all the activities during the sail and every meal was delicious.

Staff tends to linger by the table while food is served with small talk, I personally like a bit more privacy, but that's just me. Room I was in was RIGHT underneath the dance floor which made going to sleep earlier impossible. In fact it wa uncomfortable being in the room. I wish i had a bit of notice about this, so I could adjust my schedule. Didnt rest like i was planning.

Very clean, staff is friendly, the size of the room is very generous, considering it is a boat. Bigger than some hotels I've stayed at during my trip, and they were all top hotels.

The Indian food option. We were promised 3 meals of Indian veg and was served only one( that too after a lot of requests). The cruise becomes expensive for vegetarian if the meal options are not met.

Everything was fantastic. Alex was wonderful. He wanted us to have all the comfort. They gave us complimentary wine bottles and upgraded the other room to Captains view. Over all fantastic. Manager Three was available for everything and for everyone. Bless them all. It was an out of the world experience.

Incredibly well organised from the initial booking to completion of the cruise and the staff go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible. Comfortable and spotless cabin. The location of Lan Ha is much quieter with tourism than Ha Long so we would highly recommend this particular cruise. We also spent a night on their sister cruise ship "Elegance" which tours Ha Long Bay as our second night was fully booked out after we had our itinerary confirmed, however the booking team were incredibly apologetic and offered us an upgrade, the on board staff of both ships were fully informed of our situation and made everything as simple and easy as possible, and the experience around Ha Long Bay was still exceptional.

From the moment you set onboard you are spoilt by the amazing staff. Everything about this cruise is amazing and the attention to detail shown by the staff of everything is unbelievable. Scenery is breathtaking. Would highly recommend this cruise and suggest if you can to do the 2 night cruise. Absolutely loved this experience.
