Superb! The service was exemplary, everything was handled very professionally and in a friendly manner. Facilities were top notch! Halong Bay and the cruise definitely lived up to its reputation.

Boat was nice, staff was kind and well trained. Food was very good. Nice balcony in the room and sitting area at the top of the boat. We stayed for 1 night, and now I am sorry we didn't stay 2 nights.

Great service (shoutout to Ms Mia) by the entire crew. Great vegetarian food options and easy travel in and out. The only reason for 9 and not 10 is absolute lack of working Wi-Fi in both the transit vans from and to Hanoi as well as the boat (which was clearly mentioned so not a problem).

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC time on Paradise cruise. From our very comfortable and efficient transfer from Hanoi to their Hotel on Chau where we then got another transfer to the Boat it was all perfect. We then had the nicest welcome and started to meet the staff and manager JL who were amazing from start to finish, so friendly, accomodating and spoke great English!! Our personal butler Emman was INCREDIBLE, he looked after us so well and was very personable - we loved having the chats with him. The scenery was breathtaking and it was so nice to be able to get off the boat on the excursions and really get a feel for Ha Long Bay but then we also had time to relax on the boat itself. The food was great, especially the 5 course dinner, yum!! The drinks were yummy but be warned are strong! Then we had some great fun at the piano bar with the singing and piano - they pulled us up dancing and everything. I also got a massage which set me up after the hike and was great value for money. Just want to say thank you so much for everything and a big happy birthday to Emman who's birthday it is this week!!

Worth every minute we spent there. From Hanoi by truly luxury bus (which we recommend) we traveled to hotel in the port and then to the ship. We really appreciate kindness, perfect organisation, very warm welcome, smile on every crew member face. Meals were tasty and fresh. We really recommend having evening dinner on the open air - marvelous experience. The room was huge, with balcony, super clean and fresh. By the loveliest was the colonial luxury interior. The activities were facultative but I really recommend participating in all of them. It was fan, not to long, and well set up. The must have is the cave. You can't miss that one.

We loved every thing about our time on the boat, the food, the ambience, friendliness of the staff. Fabulous entertainment. Loved the Sung Sot Cave. We thought it was very good value for money. We were looked after by Lucio, who was at hand for anything we needed, always with a smile. We would certainly recommend Paradise Elegance Cruise.

The food was very delicious and nice but it would be nice to have a vegetarian option on the dinner menu as well. also we would expect basic drinks (softs/water/coffee) throughout the meals to be free of charge.

The boat was very nice and the rooms comfortable and clean. The organisation was well done and the cruise nice and slow. the service was extraordinary and all the butlers were very attentive and mindful. especially Mia was a great butler throughout our meals.

the restaurant was too cold, I even caught a cold. And the overnight engine or generator was a bit loud/disturbing during our sleep.

We loved the service, especially the service of Andrea who was dedicated to help us in everything during our stay. The thai chi on the boat deck was very good.

i guess after covid situation, dinner course got simplified cause i knew they have 5-6 courses but now only 4 courses i remember. For the pick-up service, you need to pay the bill through bank transfer in the case you are not in Vietnam, booking.com payment doesn’t cover this. So visiting bank and paying commission fee for international bank transfer is quite tricky and troublesome.
