Make sure you know exactly what you are getting if you book a tour through them. We thought we had booked a bike tour to Hoi An, since he kept saying bike when describing it, but it was in fact a bus tour. Good tour though so we are still happy.

Great guesthouse with very nice hosts, good location in the center and delicious breakfast for a good price. Very comfortable beds and free water. Perfect for a short stay in Hue.

Lovely, fun and very helpful hosts. Right next to the main nightly entertainment area (I wasn't affected by any street noise). Room does the job and is good value, stayed in both a double with balcony and a room with 3 beds and a balcony. If you don't need the little extras or anywhere flash, this is an excellent option for the budget minded.

This was one of the best guesthouses we slept in during our travels in Vietnam. The staff were genuinely welcoming and caring. They helped us book a car for our group to see key sights. And their cutest dog is always happy to receive cuddles downstairs :) The room was quiet at night and spotless with fresh sheets and towels as well as daily housekeeping. The air con and fan worked well and were very quiet. The free to use water cooler and refill downstairs as well as glass bottles with water in the fridge were all very much appreciated. The most delicious breakfast at a very reasonable price was available to order. We enjoyed pancakes (including a vegan version), fresh fruit, Vietnamese coffee, juices and baguettes with peanut butter and jam. On our last morning we were even offered takeaway baguettes for our train journey. Thank you! Laundry was available too at extra charge, and they even washed and dried our trekking shoes.

Close to everything. 30 meters from a busy street close to the river bank. Lots of restaurants and bars within a 100 meter radius. The host is very nice and attending. The room is spotlessly clean and complete with everything what is needed for a traveller. Fridge, fan, aircon, balcony and a bigger then average bathroom. Free water and tea included. If I ever come back to Hue I will stay here again.

Room with balcony a little noisy, but it was great to sit out for a drink!

The guest house has 4 or 5 levels (stairs only) with 2 rooms on each level. One room faces the road and has a nice balcony. The other room is at the back. The disadvantage of the balcony room is that it's more noisy, though bareable. If you like quiet, take the room without a balcony. The family running the guesthouse are very friendly and helpful. Beds are firm but comfortable. There is a cute little dog as well! Plenty of restaurants within a minute or 2 walk, and it's 15 to 20 minutes walk to the imperial city.

The was a driver there (not sure how he is related to the property) but he was constantly after us trying to sell his services. That was a little bit annoying. Despite that we would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Spacious room with 2 queen beds and 1 single. Perfect for our family of 5. The little balcony with pot plants was a beautiful place of rest. The guesthouse is located just in a alleyway off the main road which is nice. It’s close to all the main restaurants and night life. The lady owner was very friendly and allowed for our early check in as we had just arrived from the overnight bus from Tam Coc. Laundry very affordable at VND 25k per kg.

Walking up 5 flights to my room was a lot, but I was offered this as it was the quietest room. The husband was a little bit pushy trying to organise trips/transport and wouldn’t take a simple no.

A nice place to explore Hue from ☺️ Just a heads up, don’t confuse it with Minh Tan guesthouse, this is at another location. This guest house in a small side street, you will find it on google maps as “Nhà nghỉ Minh Tâm”.

The women who run the hotel are amazing. Very friendly, kind and great with our little one. They did a mixed breakfast for us - pancakes for kids and Vietnamese soup for us. If you don’t want to head out far, the restaurants in the street are good but if you’re on a budget, those on the main road adjacent to the river are best - and great food. It’s a bit of a party street but gets quiet early on Sunday to Thursday nights.

This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Family of 4 adults - we had a family room for 3 of us and a double for my son. Comfy, clean and really close to restaurants and bars. But what really stood out were the people - so kind and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer.
