No one was in the pool so I didn`t go in as I felt very watched by everyone sitting on loungers and chairs very close to the pool side. This was a shame as I was very much looking forward to a swim after a days sight seeing.

Excellent location, room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast devine. Spa was amazing and very good value for money. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day as we had an evening flight and they gave us a room to change in free of charge.

We couldn’t adjust the temperature in our room as apparently it was set centrally and it got quite hot during the night

The breakfast is lovely. Very good range of food. Great breakfast box for when we went on parts of our tour. The view was fantastic. Close to all the action. The rooftop bar is very romantic.

Hugely recommend a stay at the Peridot. The staff were so welcoming from the minute we arrived and more than helpful over our stay. Our room was gorgeous, extremely clean and furnished to a high standard. The pool & spa were lovely, although slightly disappointing you had to pay to use the sauna/steam room. The rooftop bar beautiful and well priced drinks considering the location - although it could do with more umbrellas for when it rains so you can still get the city/outdoor atmosphere. The hotel is in a lovely area with lots of great coffee shops. They also helped us with our airport transfer. Whilst staying at the hotel I was ill but they really looked after me, bringing me food and water to the room, which I couldn’t have been more appreciative of.

Unfortunately we found the pool rather cold, so we’re unable to enjoy it as much as intended. I am not sure if it was an error on our side and is meant to be a cold pool.

Our room was lovely clean and comfortable as reflected in the photos and the staff were very helpful.

Could slightly hear conversation of neighbors through the connecting room door. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

Service was excellent and the breakfast had good variety. Bed was soft (prefer firm) but still very comfortable.

Everything was perfect!

Very beautiful hotel before you even officially enter! I liked that it was a little hidden away and unsuspecting when you walk along the road. The welcome drink and gingered apricots were very tasty and perfect after travel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and great at making conversation and being personable. The travel desk staff were especially amazing, and helped me book a limousine bus to Ninh Binh which made it very smooth (and the bus was extra comfortable, with massage chairs). The room was stylish and a large size and bed comfy. The breakfast was excellent!! Such a wide selection and all very tasty. The rooftop pool and bar, and jacuzzi was stunning too! I stayed here and at the sister hotel, and Peridot Grand is definitely worth paying the extra for.

The spa facilities are sooo bad which brought the value of this stay down for us. the pool was outdoors and COLD! The sauna and steam room are absolutely cheap and terrible. Jaccuzi had mould growing on it. Staff seemed quite clueless to be honest but the manager Sam was helpful. They did refund us a tiny bit so I have rated them higher due to them trying to resolve things for us. We found this property SO expensive for what you get in return. Facilities do not make up for the price. We stayed in 6 other hotels in Hanoi that were much better and cheaper.

Breakfast was amazing and the highlight here. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom is stunning! Had a shower and a bath tub!! Location was also ideal

Hotel is away from Street so it's quiet. Breakfast is a 10 out of 10. Staff are great. Would stay here again.
