Nothing to dislike.

Great staff willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant, relaxed stay. Nothing was too much trouble including booking the ferry back to mainland Vietnam and transport through Vietnam/Cambodia border controls. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was entirely adequate. The air con was good. There is a free shuttle bus service to local restaurants. Motorbikes are also available to explore the island.

Fantastic staff who speak good English and are super helpful. Nice quiet area out of the noisey part of town. The staff have a little shuttle cart to take you down to the main road. The place is really well cared for and in great condition. Rooms are super comfy.

Valley Sen is the perfect escape from the traffic , my second stay here after discovering them 3 years ago . nothing is too much trouble and a lovely family business … highly recommended!

At noon the air conditioner was not strong enough to fight against the day time heat. It was ok in the night time. At night there is some noise from the animals (owls, geckos) around.

A very beautiful place with lots of flowers and bungalows just like in a fairy tale. Good services and behavior. There is a free electric car to transport to the main street. Very clean. It was quite hot here during day time in the middle of April.

Fake reviews galore. Rooms are badly built thin wood structures. Strong unpleasant wood smell. Got a fake "free room upgrade" to literally the worst room in the hotel (by the road not by the pool) with less furniture (I wanted to use the table to work)

- We had to change bungalows due to some issues with our initial place. Even though it was not our fault, we were moved to a cheaper option and still had to pay the same price. - No breakfast included in the price is annoying. It's not just about paying more than the average hotel around the area, it's the fact the nearest place that serves breakfast is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel does serve breakfast for a fee. - No shampoo or soap dispensers - Seriously suggest the resort installs these instead of giving guests shampoo / shower gel packets. - Nothing to do - No BBQs, no music, no small events. We spent every day out of the resort because there was simply nothing to do here. - No restaurant - given the location this is really annoying as every time guests want to eat they must walk / drive down to the main road. - AC is pointless in a room that has single glazed windows and laminate doors. We barely slept during our 6 days here. Overall we felt seriously underwhelmed by the whole experience but others seem to enjoy it. It wasn't a bad experience but we definitely won't be returning as it's just too boring.

It was the best experience I had with the hotel, everything was perfect, staff so kind, helpful, so smiling, and in the end of the trip, they brought us to the airport for free and help with the luggage. It was so nice to stay there. The garden is amazing with beautiful flowers and swing in swimming pool. Thank you for taking care of us, we really appreciate. Thank you

Lots of creepy crawlies, it’s not their fault, but they do k Like to enter the room. The bed was too hard, maybe a mattress topper would work. When it’s busier they should sell drinks by the pool.

The staff are really lovely, the pool was clean and perfect for kids and adults. They are very good with communicating and drive you in a buggy to the main road.
