Everything was perfect. Just a note for the less mobile...the elevator is just to the 1st floor and the metal staircase maybe tricky to manage, so be sure to ask for an accessible room.

Absolutely stunning hotel, super quirky, really comfortable. I had a gorgeously stylish boho bedroom with a lovely balcony. The staff were great and the location was excellent. Faultless.

The layout of the bathroom was strange. The water from the shower could seep under the door into the room.

The lift is on the first floor, so always need to take one stairs. Not a huge deal, but good to know.

Really cool looking hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Because the hotel is in an alley also really quiet. You just need to walk to the road if you want a grab or taxi but it's no big deal. Nice restaurants nearby. Laundry was also good.

Very beautiful hotel situated in a great place. The staff are helpful, friendly and speak English. They help me book a Bach Na National Park day trip which was awesome and also booked me a bus. It's a quiet street but near loads of restaurants etc. nearby!

Beautiful recently renovated hotel with cozy atmosphere and very helpful staff. Fresh towels every day, they also have drinking water filter to refill your bottle. It's within walking distance to Imperial citadel and Hue train station (both approx. 30 min), many restaurants just few meters from the hotel. The hotel is located in a side alley and it was really quiet in there.

Most attentive and helpful staff, cleaned every day. Bed was HUGE in our partial sea view room. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want from western favourites to local specialities. 2 minutes walk from the beach front and perfect location. The roof top pool and bar area was never crowded and offered plenty sun and shade. Incredible hotel

While the wooden/bamboo tub with shower looks really cool, water tends to go all over the bathroom when you shower. This hotel may not suit someone older with mobility issues - because of needing to step into the bath tub to shower. There is a lift, but it starts one floor up so there is one flight of stairs to walk up. The hotel staff do carry your bags up for you though. There was no restaurant open at the hotel when we stayed, the staff said it was getting fixed.

Loved the eclectic vibe and decor of this little hotel! Felt like a little Moroccan oasis; it’s located down a side street/alleyway so it’s away from all the noise. A good location and within short walking distance of many restaurants. The room was lovely and the bed one of the more comfortable ones we’ve had traveling around Vietnam. The staff are friendly and super helpful.

The only minus I can find is the bathroom - very pretty, but not really functional with open shower next to the door. The water literally leaks into the room while showering (floor towel helps). Oterwise cant find any minuses :)

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We stayed only for one night, but they arranged for us the transport with some attraction and the communication was great. Staff is super attentive and really wants to take care of you. The room has a good size and is comfortable.

When showering the floor gets very slippery and wets the whole bathroom. However if you put a towel down in the bathroom near the shower it dries your feet and stops the wet floor. So it wasn't an issue once we did that.

Didn't arrive till late having done a 12 hour train ride. Guy was at the reception ready for us. At first we felt the room was a bit OTT but once we woke up the next morning we loved it. The room was spacious, light, cool. The bed was so comfortable, maybe even the best bed we've had all travels. Did a tiny bit of exploring round the green stairwells which were actually quite scary when on them. The mini bar prices are very reasonable

I loved the room! It was the same as the pictures show. So nice and clean. The room is very spacious, has a bathtub, the bed was comfy. The staff is great! Were able to check us in very quick and help with luggage. This place was actually the highlight of our trip to Hue. We didn't find much to see during our stay since the most part of old Imperial city was renovating...
