I highly recommend this hotel! We booked a room with a balcony and had a fabulous view of the mountains that surround Sapa. The roof top pool was lovely and cool and had an even better view! Our bed was comfortable and we had a lovely bath. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We booked a tour through the hotel and it was very reasonably priced and good fun. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

Outdoor pool too cold. The rooftop bar plays loud & noisy music which is disturbing for relaxing guests at the pool during the afternoon.

Mountain view room is excellent. Receptionist staff are helpful but some of their English isn’t very good. Foot neck & shoulder Massage is really good. Price is very reasonable even with a 20% discount.

It is such a huge hotel, you always have to wait for the elevator but it really wasn’t a big deal.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It started with allowing us an early check in …we really appreciated it after not getting any sleep on a night bus. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I loved the rooftop pool! The staff were always helpful and organised my ticket to get the cable car up to the top of Fansipan and explained how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Some services in the hotel such as food and laundry is very pricey but this can be expected from a hotel this fancy. There was noise at nighttime from a karaoke bar nearby which I didn't expect staying on the 9th floor of this hotel which wasn't in the centre of town a bit of a walk out

The hotel facilities pools etc. were lovely. The view from the top pool really is incredible. The room was spacious and clean with lots of amenities robes, slippers, toiletries etc. The included breakfast buffet exceeded expectations and was amazing, so much choice and mix of western and Asian cuisine.

If I had to pick something it would be the size of rooftop pool. The pool is still amazing and the views you get from there are stunning

My girlfriend got shocked when she tried to plug in the electric kettle. That was quite dangerous! The pool at the rooftop is really small and there are only two to three beach chairs.

The room was really nice! We had an awesome view from the tenth floor! The staff was really nice and we had two amazing massages!

The location is perfect, walking distance to Sa Pa town center, near to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel has an infinity pool with a super awesome view of the mountains. The room is clean and big, the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff are wonderful folks and super helpful. The crew made us felt welcome and we had a wonderful stay.

A huge congratulations to all the staff from Pistachio. They all work as a great team and make you feel welcomed at all times. From the roof top bar to the security man down with the bikes. A huge thank you to Trán Minh for taking good care of us whenever we left or rented out a scooter as well as all the tips she gave us. The hotel itself has amazing views both the room and the top. Bar has really nice drink options, location is a 10. Breakfast is also very very good.

Both swimmingpools have only two deck chairs and a few regular chairs. The allseason pool has a high humidity and water drops from the sealing.

It was clean and as descriped on pictures. For breakfast there was a lot of different options. It was a nice place to rest after trecking tour. The main streets are on walking distance. The hotel is also ecologicaly orientated, which is nice.

It is great having the infinity pool in the hotel. Perhaps worth considering extending the happy hour in the pool bar so more people could join for drinks after their day of trekking.

Beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable room. Breakfast spread was delicious with great variety. Tina at reception was very kind and helped us sort out a money issue we had on our last morning.
