Stunning property, as shown in photos. Bed was very comfy and great to have the kitchenette too. Staff we really friendly & helpful, would recommend this hotel when staying in Da Nang :)

I think the parking area need to improve, in front of hotel area sometimes peoples from outside or no guest in house are parking there, need to have line around that area for hotel guest only.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I'm with friends arrived late and they're even reconfirm to make sure we can contact them anytime. Rooms really clean and looks new. Location are close with many restaurants and coffee shop around, but a bit distance from the beach.

1. Location: Near to the beach but not the main entrance. 3KM from the city centre. 2. A dead body of a small Cockroach was found on the floor after 1 night of sleep.

1. Well-designed hotel: Greenery, relaxing and chill. 2. Get a well-maintained pool 3. The room is spacious with a tiny kitchen and a nice balcony. 4. Service: Extremely friendly and helpful. 5. Location: Though not located in the city centre, many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around. 6. Budget price.

There was no warning about a festival in the area so it got quite noisy at night and on the first night I was quite startled as i didn't know what it was.

The staff were super helpful with everything i needed and booking trips for me. The space was quite big and would have been more than enough for two people. The location was great and really close to cafes and the beach. I loved my stay here.

The location and facilities were also great. I was glad that the staff were so kind. The rooftop garden was so nice. Happy times. I'll visit again next year.^^

Some bits of the room felt a little tired, like towels and the doors needed a good close to keep them shut. You had to lock the bathroom door to keep it shut.

Staff were incredible. Cannot fault them. Kind, friendly, helpful. Hotel was gorgeous from the outside and well kept on the inside public areas. Didn't use the pool but looked nice. Great location from beach as only 1 block away. Shop and restaurant close by.

I loved staying at this hotel. Ponte is a stylishly designed designed, cool little urban jungle in Da Nang. The hanging gardens made it a cool and relaxing sanctuary after a day in the Vietnam heat. Bed was super comfy with beautiful linens. Staff were very friendly and super helpful.

If we have to crumble, it was a shame the sauna was out of order.

Externally comfortable rooms with great WiFi. The location excellent, perfect for the Da Nang marathon!! The staff couldn’t do enough for us, even bring us additional cooking equipment. Han & Tin on reception were just great!

The hotel was great, the room was massive and so comfortable. We had some fun in the swimming pool, the staff were very caring, gave us some options to move around Da Nang and were very helpful. The city is big so you will probably have to use taxi or rent a motorbike at the hotel to move around but the beach and nice restaurants are on a walking distance. Highly recommended!
