I felt that the cleaning inside the villa was a little lacking. Also, the handrails on the stairs and landings were a little unstable, and I was worried that small children would fall through the gaps.

Facilities such as pools, restaurants were amazing and we could enjoy really nice time. Also staff are always friendly and helpful, not only during the stay but also communicating before the stay.

Great and spacious villa and good services by the accommodation staff. We only wondered why the kitchen didn't have plates, cutlery, pans and other kitchen essentials like kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid etc. While there is a microwave and oven to prepare food.

Even though there is a whole two-storeys building for the kids’s club, there were not many activities that kids could enjoy. The floors of the villas were not clean at all, so we had to wash our feet frequently.

Everything was simply fabulous, we enjoyed it so much. The service is speechless, the staff was incredible and kind enough to help us. The location is right next to the tourist area, but quiet but friendly. The villa itself is simply beautiful. What to say. It’s really worth it.

The villa was spacious and clean with large living area and 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms. The breakfast was an excellent spread. My son enjoyed using the gym every day.

There’s not enough utensils and cleaning products in the kitchen The resort is quite isolated from the shopping area.

The villa is very spacious and luxury, the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are amazing. The garden is well maintained and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen. Staff is friendly. The housekeeping team is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, particularly Vietnamese ravioli. Highly recommended.

The hot water in the shower ran out fairly quickly, so showers had to be under 5-7 minutes. We also went during the winter months (late feb/early march) and the pool was not heated, so it was a bit cold to swim. However, in the summer, this pool would be incredible. Other than that it was a 10/10 experience.

This resort blew us away. The continental breakfast was incredible, the villa was absolutely massive and the service was unmatched. The spread at breakfast was huge, with everything ranging from fruit, western style breakfast (and DELICIOUS BACON), homemade french bread, pho, and an egg/omelette station. We also had dinner at the restaurant multiple times, and the salads and entrees were delicious. There was also a washing machine in the villa, which was so convenient to do laundry. There are two massive swimming pools, a beautiful spa with a sauna and steam room, and it's 200 meters from Bai Chay beach. The massages at the spa were amazing, and everyday, room service would come and replenish all of our soap, give us clean towels, and give us many bottles of water. The front desk was also super helpful in organising taxis to and from excursions, as well as back to Hanoi. The staff was so highly trained and really made our stay incredible. This is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at, highly recommend.
