We had a beautiful n huge 3 storey villa with 4 rooms for the 7 of us. 4 bathrooms and a 5th toilet on the ground floor.

Reception staff could be more informative when requested about local tour, ferry timetable information, etc.

Villa was spacious. Nice restaurant, good selection for both breakfast and a la carte menu. Large enough swimming pool.

I felt that the cleaning inside the villa was a little lacking. Also, the handrails on the stairs and landings were a little unstable, and I was worried that small children would fall through the gaps.

Facilities such as pools, restaurants were amazing and we could enjoy really nice time. Also staff are always friendly and helpful, not only during the stay but also communicating before the stay.

Great and spacious villa and good services by the accommodation staff. We only wondered why the kitchen didn't have plates, cutlery, pans and other kitchen essentials like kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid etc. While there is a microwave and oven to prepare food.

Even though there is a whole two-storeys building for the kids’s club, there were not many activities that kids could enjoy. The floors of the villas were not clean at all, so we had to wash our feet frequently.

Everything was simply fabulous, we enjoyed it so much. The service is speechless, the staff was incredible and kind enough to help us. The location is right next to the tourist area, but quiet but friendly. The villa itself is simply beautiful. What to say. It’s really worth it.

The hot water in the bathrooms were inconsistent. This is important for winter.

The villa was spacious and clean with large living area and 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms. The breakfast was an excellent spread. My son enjoyed using the gym every day.

We went on off-season , so the pools are cold to get in. Wish it was heated, but I understand that it is the same across most of the pools in vietnam not to be heated.

Stayed in Villa 206. Spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. All the facilities were in excellent condition and the staff were great. Definitely will be staying in the premier village next time we are down for a holiday.

There’s not enough utensils and cleaning products in the kitchen The resort is quite isolated from the shopping area.

The villa is very spacious and luxury, the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are amazing. The garden is well maintained and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen. Staff is friendly. The housekeeping team is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, particularly Vietnamese ravioli. Highly recommended.

It is a little far from any bars and restaurants and most surrounding area has lots of vacant buildings. Its a little strange and very quiet side of ha long

Lack of choices of restaurants in the hotel and nearby. No mini mart or supermarket within walking distance from the property.
