We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThey have many stairs to step up. With people traveling with large luggage, it might take extra effort to be at the front desk. It was in the middle of a reconstruction, therefore the noises kept disturbing my afternoon nap. I tried to go to the pool to chill, however the pool was so dirty. It wasn’t well maintained despite of the wonderful view of that infinity pool. So I ran to the beach when I saw that.
The location is great. It is very close to the beach, and the night market. The shops and restaurants are all around the corner. The address might be a little confusing since it is at the death end, however, it makes me feel comfortable with less traffic noise.

United KingdomUnfortunately there was work being done so we were woken up at 8am every morning to the most awful loud drilling noise that was on and off from them until 4pm. This meant it was impossible for us to have a lie in which was very frustrating as it was suppose to be a relaxing break for us. We also couldn’t sit on out balcony as it was so noisy. We recorded the noise and asked staff if we could move rooms thinking it might have just been our room but they didn’t have another room available. By their reaction it seemed we were not the only people to complain about the noise. They did say we could have a partial refund and go to a different hotel which is fair enough but a lot of hassle. I just wished there was some information about the work and noise being done before booking as it’s really unfair on guests spending money for a relaxing holiday when the hotel knows there is disruptive maintenance. House keeping also comes very early at 8am sharp and you can hear them knock on every door on the floor and shout ‘house keeping’ very loudly. - not relaxing at all.
The hotel is in a perfect location right next the beach and shops, restaurants etc. it couldn’t have been a better location. The hotel itself is a little run down, the hallways etc feel like they need work doing but it was ok. We had the sea view king suit which was a really nice big, bright and airy room, with lovely views looking out to sea. The bed was big and comfortable, good air conditioning, fridge and smart tv with Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom was really nice with a big window looking out to sea, powerful hot shower and nice bath tub. I would definitely recommend spending a bit extra for a nicer room if you can. The pool was nice to look out to the sea and cool down from, the heat. Staff were friendly and smiley.

United KingdomThe room doesn't have a balcony although it was advertised with one. They have very strict rules (with fines) about drying things down the balcony if you do have one, which meant we felt we couldn't hang out clothes out of the window, so everything got very damp and musty. WiFi is pretty weak too.
Great location and good bag storage if you arrive early. The rooftop pool is nice too.
