Downsides: - Hotel asks for your passports or 100$ as deposit. It would be better if the hotel informed about this in advance instead of informed us about this at the time of check-in. - Complimentary breakfast buffet: The food in the restaurant wasn’t the best. The breakfast was below standard for a 5 star hotel. Food and drinks options are limited. Breakfast selection especially fruits station, drinks station and bakery station can also be improved in terms of quality and could have more variety. - Rubber slippers in the room: looked very old and worn and it would be better if they were replaced with textile ones or in cotton or waffle material - No welcome drinks & refreshing towels during check-in

We went to Queen Ann Nha Trang Hotel based on images & description available online. There were not much helpful reviews but we went ahead with Premier Twin Ocean View Balcony on 22nd floor. Hotel is 40 mins approx drive and they provided free airport transfers. We informed them about our flight landing time and their representative was available to receive us. - Room: Make sure you get an ocean view room. We got an ocean view room, and it was so nice waking up to beach view every morning. Spacious clean great view and space for everything. Comfortable beds, plugs each side ample storage space for things etc. large bathroom with rain shower plus large bath. - Location: Very good location with walkable distance to many good food and the Nha Trang Beach.The famous Nha Trang Beach is just across the street, short walk from hotel. There is a lot of marts, convenience stores, walking distance from various restaurants. - Staff: Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Some people did not know English but still we were able to communicate for what we wanted. - The complimentary platter of fruits that was waiting for us in the room was a good idea.

Had to ask for an Iron twice and they took 1 hour to get one. Toilet kept clogging and water was dirty when you flushed

Breakfast is below standard for 5 star hotel. 1 toaster machine for 150 people having breakfast. Rooftop lounge was closed which we weren't informed upon booking or checking in. No room service after 10 pm even though room brochure shows available. Rental of scooter, condition was very bad and unsafe.

Gym needs some upkeeping and maintenance. Threadmill needs oiling and belt tightening. One of your massage chairs nearest the door is not working for the right set of rollers. We came in as a group of 4 asking for an upgrade of rooms on day of check in as we do not mind paying extra but in the end the staff forgot to follow up with us and we did not continue - missed opportunity for upsell an upgrade.

Staff is slightly poor because when I settled, they backed deposit after I requested 2 times even I paid fee by credit card, but night shift staff is great and friendly.

After our first night we went to the beach at around 10h and returned to the room at around 14h and the room hadn't been cleaned. This was pretty disappointing, however, when we returned later in the evening the room was clean. We stayed 3 nights and our bed was not cleaned on the second although we left the room very early in the morning and came back in the evening and the clean the room light was left on. There were dark yellowish stains on the toilet seat when we arrived. The gym was pretty poorly equipped for a 5 star hotel. On two of the days we stayed we went to the sauna at around 17h and both the steam room and the sauna were switched off and cold. The TV is built inside the wall and there is no access to the HDMI port to connect to a laptop.

The views of the ocean from the room (26th floor if I remember correctly) were truly impressive. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a lot of variety, the freshly cooked rice noodle soup was specially tasty. The double bed was very comfortable and the room was very well sound insulated as it was very noisy outside at night. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores next to the hotel. The hotel provides sunbeds and towels to go to the beach which is just across the street. The staff was always polite and willing to help.

The location wasn't that great. It is located in a developing area. The restaurant during breakfast was really overcrowded. The pool didn't live up to the expectations built up looking at the pictures. Overall it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel, it felt more like a 3 star hotel.

1) I had sent a special request, for a special occasion of stay. the hotel staff hadn't even looked at the "special requests" I sent through Booking.com. 2) booked an executive room, but some things described in the room facilities were practically non-existent .. 3) common areas, hall and restaurant for buffet breakfast without an adequate air conditioning system, not comfortable at all. 4) monotonous breakfast with little choice… - a 5 star must have a choice suitable for the range. 5) do not respect the price agreed by Booking.com, in the end when they presented the bill, they added 5% + 8%, on the Booking site at the time I booked, the taxes were already included in the price. A disgusting circumstance, for those who have used Booking.com for years like me, having the return flight, I did not want to waste time with those who do not respect the rules. 6) I will do bad publicity about this hotel.

We had such a relaxing stay here. The hotel is in such a good location on the sea front that is close to lots of good restaurants and bars. The hotel also provides a private beach area for its guests which we really appreciated. The rooms are nice and very clean, and we had a balcony room which had a gorgeous view of the beach. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.
