United StatesAs a lot have said the pool was chilly and probably always will be due to no sun hitting it. Frankly, I liked it a bit cooler, my wife and daughter did not. Breakfast was done very well, but predictable. Similar items daily. Would have liked to see an Indian vegetarian option. Elevators were SUPER busy at times due to the crowdedness of the hotel. We did wait a fair amount. A 4th elevator would have been handy. The street out front is busy and crossing to the beach is a little crazy. The hotel only has a certain amount of beach front with a limited amount of umbrellas and chairs. Get there early if you want one. They do have a voucher system that gets you a chair when and if someone leaves. We accidentally broke a small bowl at dinner and they added 28,000vnd to our bill to pay for it. Thought that was kind of tacky. Also the pool restaurant charged us 50,000 vnđ to reheat food in their microwave. It was food we bought the day before in the 28th floor. Thought that was tacky too.
It is really hard to get a better value than the Queen Ann Hotel. Excellent room rate, beautiful room, polite staff, hotel is very clean, right across the street from the ocean, close to convenience stores, easy walking to local restaurants. Beds were comfortable and our ocean view room was beautiful. Short Grab ride to Vin Wonders. Pool area is pretty and they have comfy loungers although limited. Restaurant on the 28th floor should not be missed…very great view. Food from the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced. Service at the restaurant was excellent.

Just the roof deck lounge was higher. Received a free fruit platter at the room one day, which was very welcome. The pool was refreshing and the beach with free benches and towels just across the street.

This hotel was located right across the street from the beach. They upgraded us to a larger room on the 27th floor with a sitting room as well as a balcony that looked out onto the beach. They room was delightfully cool, had a comfortable bed with comfortable linens, and was quiet - key to a great night's sleep. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner on the property - all delicious. But the most outstanding part was the staff - they went waaay out of their way to help us confirm our flight when VietJet's site refused to switch to English (the manager even worked on the problem from her office computer and sent us the confirmation later!) And not only was the staff diligent, but there was a great number of them, so that there was never a wait for assistance. I could not rate this property more highly. It is also a short taxi ride from the Cham ruins, which were interesting. And located perfectly for a day trip to the city of Da Lat.

UkraineThe old carpet in the room has an unfresh view and smell. It would be nice to add scales and a small mirror to the bathroom.
It is a nice hotel far enough from the cloudy centre of Nha Trang with its own facilities on the beach (on order but free). Our room (Premium double ocean view) was good after partial renovation. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and all the necessary cosmetics are in the bathroom (just no body lotion). It is also nice that both the bath and shower cabin are in the bathroom. The hotel has a very professional and good staff at reception and in restaurants (Our congrats to the manager!). The indoor pool is small but nice and clean. We also highly recommend the following: our dinner on the 28 floor was excellent, with live piano and very tasty food - just ask the restaurant manager, Ms Kim Huong, for support and advice.

GermanyBreakfast on the main 4th floor was crowded with a lot of people, so they moved us to 6th floor to have it more quiet. I suppose that was good intention, but it would have been better if I was informed that breakfast on 6th floor was small and food was much more limited. Also coffee option is basic, and they charged to order better ones.
Room with sea view, most staff are helpful and polite, nice facilities such as pool, restaurants, spa. Very good massage. They also offered free drive from and to the airport and food voucher for longer stay.

South KoreaThe only thing I would say is that the property is a little far from some of the town and beach activities but it’s still walkable if you’re into that. With the heat, it’s a little hard to bear walking around so we mostly used grab. The breakfast was also a little lacking at times, particularly the roasting machine but overall not too bad for the convenience.
The hotel had great facilities, the pool was great and we never struggled to find a sun lounger even during the day. It was close to the beach and easy to access the town by grab bike or taxi. The pool bar had good food, which was made better by the food and drink voucher we received. The room itself was amazing, the view was incredible we ended up sleeping with the curtains open a few of the days! The staff were so helpful and we really had an amazing stay :)
