Seems like problem with the sewage system. Water flowing down the basin and bathtub is very very slow. Cause some overflowing at times.

Location. Convenient yet quiet. Just a few minutes and you will be on the main road with lots of food.

Not much. The WiFi on the 5th floor is a bit slow-maybe a WiFi extender is needed. Everything else was great!

Everything. Warm, welcoming receptionist who remembers guests. Comfortable bed, washing machine, smart TV, cooking utensils. The suite has everything you need. I will come back next week😉

The kitchen could have been better equipped but it didn't really matter to us as we didn't end up cooking.

Clean comfortable and well appointed room in a good location between the back and front beaches. The lady who works on reception is very friendly and enthusiastic and helped us book our onwards bus ticket with no commission. There is an excellent supermarket called QMart at the end of the road that sells everything you need to whip up a meal at reasonable prices. There are lots of western restaurants close by. Our favourite was Luca's pizza.

Extended our booking for a further 5 nights because the hotel is so good. The room facilities are fabulous and look just like the pictures, washing machine, fridge & kettle. Comfy beds excellent bedding & towels. Large bathroom with shampoo & shower gel & great water pressure. Kitchen area with sink hob & extractor with cooking utensil's plates etc. Young girl/lady on reception is so friendly it's been one of the best stay's in Vietnam. Around the hotel there are bars & restaurant's & lots of cafe and a great supermarket. Can highly recommend Emily's Kitchen, Luca's Pizza restaurant & Lys, the bar on the corner of Phan Huy Chu & Phan Chu Trinh ( buy a beer card) if your there for a few day's and like a cold beer, the afternoon staff are just lovely.

Everything including the very friendly and helpful staff! We loved our stay here and wanted to stay longer but we have to go. We highly recommend it and we will come back for sure if we visit Vung Tau again.

Construction adjoining this property, workmen started banging at 7/7.30 every morning and continued all day at times it felt like they were knocking through to your room, so if your a light sleeper or don't want to be woken at 7am then until its finished think carefully about it. Having said that if this wasn't happening and i guess the hotel has no control over it, this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in.

This property is fabulous, it has everything you could want if you stay in a deluxe suite, washing machine a great bonus as we were staying 7 days. The bed is very comfortable, bedding of good quality and lovely big towels. Bathroom is large and nicely fitted and shower has good water pressure. Fridge, kettle and large flat screen tv, kitchen area with sink & hob and cooking equipment are also included. The staff were very friendly although communication was at times through translate they were always very helpful. Location is great close to many good eating places and a good supermarket ( local) price with booking.com was an amazing deal.

WIFI did not work on the 6th floor despite numerous attempts over 3 days to rectify the problem. A NON EVENT which required you to sit at reception to access the system. Weekends are very busy and noisy with bus loads of trippers from Saigon and elsewhere visiting town. Traffic is chaotic. The mayhem starts Friday and finishes by Tuesday. The town and beaches are just overloaded. Definitely not relaxing.

Property is located in a quiet side street with a number of western restaurants and cafes nearby serving good quality food at reasonable prices. A well stocked local supermarket is a short walk down the street with a good selection of western and local foods. Room is well appointed with great air-conditioning, comfortable bed, nice hot shower and very clean and tidy.We stayed 10 days and with pricing very reasonable.Front reception staff extremely friendly and helpful especially Duyen who went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Cleaning staff always smiling and happy.

I didn't cook anything, but the pots and pans in my room were locked away. Also, no kettle. Mattress was a bit hard, but that's par the course in SEA.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The hotel is pretty new, so everything was nice and clean. The suite included a big screen smart TV, a washing machine, lots of space, and hot plate. Everything was nice and super clean. I will probably visit again next week to check for consistency 😂
