My left arm was bitten quite badly by maybe mosquitos in the room.

The reception Lucas (Meng Dwng) is super friendly as he provided many useful information about Hanoi, including food and main attractions. The room is clean, location is great as it is in the old quarter. Highly recommended.

Room - spacious and clean room Location - it’s in the heart of the city with nearby food stalls to eat. Also close to convenience store. So you’ll never get hungry. Staff - accommodating and friendly staff. They helped us arrange transfer from hotel to the airport considering how early we need to leave for the airport. Price - very affordable knowing how big the room is.

Nothing, all was first rate. I was also pleasantly surprised that each room had its own water heater, so no problems with hot showers like many other hotels in Asia..

What a charming hotel, the staff are fantastic and will help you with everything (special thanks to Camellia), the bed is super comfortable and location is first rate. Loved this place so much that we extended our stay by a few days and have rebooked when we return to Hanoi in a few weeks.

The size of room a bit smaller.

The room was clean and have elevator facilities. The staff was really kind & understanding bcs my sister lost the room key but they did’nt charge us. They also considering our request by giving us near room since we are family.

Our first room had no balcony and no windows. Although it was clean with a comfortable bed, we didn’t like it. But it is cheaper.

The room with the balcony is perfect. The staff was very accommodating and sweet, particularly the young manager. Coffee shops nearby. Elevator is useful and not noisy. The king bed was very comfortable

Bed wasn’t too comfortable.

I missed my connection flight and the hotel was very nice to update my booking, so I didn’t have to pay for the missed nights. I chose this hotel because price is very reasonable in a central location. They also have an elevator, so I didn’t have to carry my luggage up and down flight of stairs. Space is tight, but good enough to move around. I used the hotel’s airport transfer, again with reasonable pricing. They also offered spa and tours, but I didn’t get to use them because of my short visit.

It's definitely not the fault of the hotel in any way, but there are loud speakers on the corner that are very loud, most mornings and evenings for a good 5 minutes. Don't know what they are saying as I don't speak Vietnamese, but it's the same message on repeat.

Soft, comfortable bed and pillows (very rare in Vietnam), huge terrace/ balcony, blackout blinds, great shower. Right in the thick of things, walking distance to everywhere in the Old Quarter. I have found my home in Hanoi and will definitely be back. 10/10

We were in Hanoï during an exceptionally cold wave so the room wasn’t the warmest because they are not used to it but they gave us extra blanket and a small heater !

The room was great ! We got upgraded to the balcony room and it really is a great room with nice light and view. But most of all Camélia was such a helpful person, trying her best to help us organise our trip

The staff was really friendly and the room was clean! We booked a room for three people and we had enough space. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect, because there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and you don’t need a taxi! After the check out we were able to let our luggage there for 2-3 hours!
