The tiled floor of the room was dirty. Obvious brown marks along sections of the tile. And there were dirty sections with caked stuff in the shower and toilet rooms. Besides that the place was great.

The venue, the rooms, the gardens, pool, everything was great. Perfect place to kick back and relax all day with a good buffet breakfast, and lounge chairs by the decent sized pool. The trip into town is a little long, but not too bad

The ocean is very beautiful but very much polluted which is so sad. The beach of the hotel is clean though we hardly used it as we did not enjoy swimming in it.

The family room is really spacious, functional and has a beautiful sea view. We used the spa facilities on two days and can highly recommend the Radisson 90min massage. The food was excellent and having a full board we had the choice between 6 western and 6 Asian menus which was fully sufficient. Worth mentioning that the Asian menus included so many dishes that we could hardly finish. The pool was so warm which was surprising at the beginning but we loved it at the end. The staff helped us book an excursion to Ta Cu mountain which also included a visit to a local food farm with fruit tasting included. We enjoyed the trip very much.

There is only one thing I would like to point out here is that they allow people without proper swim wear to get into the swimming pool. This is highly unhygienic and unsanitary. And they don’t even take a shower before entering the pool. People were there in denim shorts and golf t shirts. I hope they will pay attention to this review and get it sorted. Rest everything else was just on point.

The property is very well maintained. It is spotlessly clean and the rooms have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The staff is courteous, helpful and ever smiling . The spa is one of the best we have experienced. We stayed for 3 days and we went to the spa everyday. Hong, Italy and tho were all extremely wonderful with the treatments they gave us. And the outdoor spa is a great experience too. Everything is top notch here. The food is also delicious. The pool attended is always attending to you.He takes care of your towels, beach beds and your belongings even before you ask for it. Loved our stay and if we ever come back to Phan Thiet we will book this place again.

This hotel could so easily be a 5* resort just a few things let it down. Some staff aren't trained which gives an amateur feel in some departments.

Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds which are kept immaculate. Room was good with lovely bathroom all kept spotlessly clean. The pool area was really nice with comfortable loungers and towels. The property is beach front so easy access.

Construction site on the left side with a lot of dust, the beach has a plastic pollution unpleasant to swim or event walk. To get to the city you need a scooter. Nothing to do around this aria.

The hotel is in a good condition, clean rooms, great breakfast, big warm pool, helpful stuff, nice gym. It’s strong 4 stars but renovation will be needed on two more years.

The great, profound and looks pretty costly design with the hotel concept and exceptionally friendly staff undeniably encouraged me to come back and stay in this wonderful property over again. P.S. Booked villa and found it absolutely amazing worth of money and comfort.

1. Unstable shower temperature due to solar water heater facing cloudy days. 2. Lunch/dinner set taste and menu still have room for improvement. All stir-fried dishes have some kind of burnt smell. And expecting to see more diversity choice in the menu.

Most thing I like is about staff, very friendly and supper attentive from Receptionist to Pool staff, Bellman, Restaurant, Security staffs etc. As this is new hotel so facility is good and most in rattan furniture. Price stay is reasonable. Location is not really centre but actually better for our family as we like quiet place. There are some local restaurant around by walking so you can enjoy without going far. Breakfast was full from Western to Asia food, and it is good in general.
