Raon Apartment is a hidden gem. And so is Mai - the receptionist. She made our stay incredibly worthwhile. Very helpful. The location is pretty central, yet away from any loud spaces. Spotless rooms as well. We will definitely visit again.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the smell of cleaning supplies was a little bit strong for me.

The staff is very friendly and reaches out even before the check-in to ensure that it goes smoothly. They also provided early check-in free of charge because my room was already cleaned. The room was very clean too.

The reservation did not include breakfast and we didn't get room service during our stay, but for the price, it was understandable. Overall very good stay!

We really liked the attention received at the hotel. They gave us recommendation of places to visit and restaurants to eat it. They were very resourceful and attentive! The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and very nicely decorated. It also had a lot of natural light!

the greetings of the staff paying attention to your needs, and anticipating them very friendly and carrying clean room, really comfortable beds, clean towels we really enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend to stay here we are backpackers and we’ve seen a lot of hostels and hotels, and this one is particularly good, we were able to have a great rest !! high five to the carrying staff

That the beautiful room on the 6th floor had a bathroom that was constantly wet, so I moved to the 5th floor. The bathroom on the 5th floor gets clogged easily, every time I shampooed my hair.

I stayed on the 6th floor for 3 nights. It had a fabulous view especially at night through the large bay windows. Very pretty. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Mai, whom I had most of my conversations with. Mai provided a wealth of information and was very knowlegable. She understood what I was looking for in a place I stayed at and it was very easy to communicate with her. We had interesting chats. I liked being in a local area and at the same time being within a close walk to the beach. In total I stayed here for 12 days. I had a good encounter with 2 young students from the primary school just next door. They called out to me from their classroom balcony with, "How are you? " And replied perfectly when I returned the greeting. When I am travelling, what I look for is value for money, cleanliness, good vibes and friendly staff and a location where I can get vegetarian or seafood and mini marts close by. Raon Apartment and hotel ticked all the boxes.

The location is excellent, just walking distance from MyKhe beach and close to a lot of good eating places. And inspite of the proximity, it is surprisingly quiet. The room was aesthetically done up, with all the basic necessities and very clean bathroom. However, the best thing about Raon Apartment is its staff. Although they change shifts, the interaction with the guests is seamless. They remained in touch with me, right from the time I left India. Mai and Nguyen were both extremely helpful in explaining directions, making sure I was comfortable and guiding me about all the places to see around. Nguyen helped me with the bus ticket booking as well as tickets for Bà Nà Hills. He ensured I get my bus for the onward journey by helping me out at the bus station also. Now that's what you call true hospitality... A great way to begin my Vietnam trip. Thanks guys

A really great budget hotel for the price. No frills but it's excellent value for money. The room was as described with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. As someone who works digitally, the wifi connection at the hotel is also incredibly fast. Great cafe downstairs as well which is a nice feature and the beach is close by. The team at Raon are the star of the show and they have gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A big thanks especially to Mai who has helped us with document printing, fresh towels, recommendations and more. We enjoyed our stay so much the first time we stayed longer!

breakfast was not included although advertised when booked. very damp wall. a few stains on sheets but had the choice of 2 beds and at that price I’m surprised sheets were provided.

Fantastic value for money. £6/ night for 2 double beds an en suite and very close to the beach. large room. large shower/ toilet room. great staff assistance when required- WhatsApp utilised excellently. kettle and fridge with good aircon and TV signal included.

The staff is good and the location is very close to the beach. Bike on rent available. Mr Duc is a nice guy and hardworking and tries to help in all possible ways. Indian restorunt "indian curry " is nearby. Rooms are clean.Hot water available. Balcony also available to room. Value for money.
