The room doesn't look like the photo, stained wall and hard bed. I know I shouldn't expect much given then price I paid but the photos gave me high expectations.

Very friendly and supportive staffs. I rented motorbike from them and it broke down one day but they are able to help me promptly. I like the idea that they have the WhatsApp Number which you can be sure that you'll always get the help you need when you're in a foreign country! Plus, they can communicate well in English. The hospitality is the main reason I'll be back! Near the famous La Viet. Can rent the motorbike directly from them too.

Had a really great time here! Definitely made my trip in Da Lat more memorable. Perfect for those who travel and work at the same time. Great internet connection, water refill, daily housekeeping, super friendly and helpful staff, and great location as well, not too central but still very close to so many great places and restaurants. Spacious and comfy room! Great bathroom amenities as well. They also provide laundry service with reasonable price. I'll be back!

There was no locker in the dorm room and no doorlock. You don't have to walk past the reception desk to enter the room, so you should ask the receptionists to keep your valuables while going outside.

I chose the 6 bed dorm room. The room, bed and bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a self-service bbq grill outside.

You get a lot more than what you've paid for. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the location is just excellent. What I like most is the both your private and public places are very clean and spacious compared to many more expensive places I have stayed in Da Lat. 100% will stay again

The room had a great view with a huge window! I am in love with that bed, was hard exactly the way I like, the best bed I ever had in my life! Location is not the city center but I think it is not really important because anyway there is nothing special in the city center. nice shared kitchen and living hall. totally recommends!

The location is a bit away from city centre but it's a 5 min grab ride.

Dung was incredibly helpful and kind and gave me the best food recommendations for my dietary restrictions. He even booked grab rides for me to and from the different restaurants that I went to eat at. As a first time solo traveller I was a bit nervous but Dung made my stay very comfortable. In fact I even extended my stay in Da Lat by a day. The room and bathroom were clean and large and well stocked. Wonderful hospitality and very kind people at Raon Villa, the best I've seen In Vietnam! Highly recommended!

-If you’re staying in the rooms near to the reception, it can be really noisy in the morning.

The service is good and the staff is friendly and willing to help you when you need it. The hotel was 30 minutes walking from the downtown.

Unfortunately our room was from the street side and you could here much everything from outside. Including the rooster waking you up from 4.30 am😅. In our bathroom the sink was licking, the door from the toilet didn't close from the room side so we could smell canalisation in the evening, which wasn't nice. We suggest repairing the sink which was leaking, and the toilet board which was moving a lot. The night lamp and hairdryer didn't work which i didn't use so not a big deal. The bed mattress was super hard which i didn't like but my financee did, so it's all about personal preferences.

I am very happy with the people working there. Very helpful and kind, they helped us with finding transport to another destination, and where always willing to help. The location was also good, the room was clean and spacious. It was very affordable price so all in all we are happy with the stay.

The room was nice, friendly staff, very helpful with tips where to go and where to have good food, with tours and taxi to airport. Location is well served with busy street community and lots of food options. Overall, it was a nice place, with a sef service kitchen and a lovely kat with her kitten. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good value for price.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. The hotel is 30 minute walk from the very center of the city and night market but fine if you're happy to walk or bike. Lots of other restaurants within a 5 min walk. We thought it was very good option for the price if you're happy with the walk into the center
