How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The one small window overlooked inside the hotel, partly over a staircase. I would not have wanted to stay in the room for more than a night. I could not get hot water out of the shower but it might have been me doing something wrong.
I was only here for a short time as I had an early flight. The room was very nice. The boy on reception was lovely. Short taxi ride to the airport.

Could hear people from other room and what was going on in the corridor.
Was a bit nervous to book a room in this hostel. Turned out to be a rather nice experience. There is an elevator in the building. The family room was nice, with clean bed sheets.

A Good spot to stay, close to the airport.
We stayed there twice during our trip. The staff was helpful, whatever we asked them for. Location is quite calm and quiet , even despite so busy streets around.

I chose it because of the 24-hour transfers to the airport but I had to ask them about it, Some clients have been asked about this immediately after booking.. Only interior windows, so no fresh air. They need to be clear about this in-room presentation, They told me I was supposed to look better at the photos. Small bathroom.

Close to the airport, so having a long layover, it was wonderful to have a clean and inexpensive place to stay or I could easily get back-and-forth to the airport. They have 24 hour shuttle service, so even though my flight was delayed by four hours they were still willing to pick me up at 1 AM and get me back to the airport at 4 AM.and it was a comfortable place where I was able to get a deep sleep for three hours for which I was very grateful!

Son at the airport was great, he was a pleasure to deal with and organised both of my hotel transfers. The room was what you'd expect for the price and type of hotel, great for short term overnight for airport. room was nice and dark, aircon worked, couldn't have expected much else. Cam on Son!

Family of 5 stayed in two rooms. The double room was very musky smelling and the only window was small and into the stairwell, not outside. Cob webs on ceiling in both but otherwise fairly clean.

A door alarm would go off every time you locked it. The toilet had not been cleaned.

The beds were very hard and a bit uncomfortable.
We stayed here when we missed our flight to Hanoi. We needed a bed for the night. The staff were super helpful and easy to communicate with. They organized a shuttle pickup and all arrangements were easy and efficiently done.

We needed somewhere clean and comfortable to stay for a night between flights and this was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they arranged transport to and from the airport for us at a very reasonable price.

good - standard Business Hotel perfect for a Short Stay! fully equipped with everything you need for a 2-3 days in HCM. there are also several restaurants (local) around. price is average. 10 Min into center by grab. Close to Airport !

I’ve never slept in a round bed before - it was quite interesting. The Japanese decor of this room was like something I’ be only seen in magazines.
