Couple of things stopped me from giving this a 10, given the indisputable value it offers.. the balconies were not quite big enough to actually put a chair out or use to any degree(this might not be the case for other rooms) and they have bandwidth issues.. as the day trips pour back in around 6pm the internet is entirely useless until later at night.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent value for about £30/night, really clean, comfy beds, modern spacious rooms, good standard of fixtures and fittings and I loved the skybar and pool. Couple of English language movie channels with good reception too. Breakfast was so-so for western tastes but eggs and bread and fruit generally works. It's not right on the beach but close enough for me.

There aren’t loads of chairs by the pool so you have to be diligent.

We stayed in the lead up to Tet, we loved everything. The breakfast was fantastic, the aesthetic, the room and its view. The sky bar and pool were accommodating too.

Didn’t particularly like the buffet breakfast set up. It’s just me I think but people sneezing and coughing in the area really put me off. Regalia has 2 dining rooms and we tried the 3rd floor one after our first morning - it was better but still not my idea of 5star. I do realise though that it’s the quickest way to do breakfast for this amount of people.

Hotel was fabulous in every way - staff exceptional. Only think I really didn’t like was the huge amount of people around the buffet breakfast- to me it was noisy and I hated the thought of other people coughing and sneezing. We did try floor 3 and it was less busy.

Lifts were always very busy as so many floors, and the pool area got very busy without enough seating / sun-loungers.

The hotel was beautiful! Very grand, very clean, and very spacious. The rooftop pool was amazing with panoramic views. We used the gym facilities and spa during our stay - both of which were great! Location was good - plenty of restaurants very close by and the beach was only a 10-15min walk. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our entire holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here several times and for long periods, its awesome. Had written reviews before. One thing worth mentioning is that when I rocked up to check-in there had been some confusion, my booking was with their other hotel Regalia which is supposedly a 4 star on the beach. Disappointed I went and checked it out, can't see how thats a 4 star, the 2 were like chalk and cheese, not sure how my booking got messed up, confusion on my part using the app? misleading link and not knowing there were now 2 Regalia's? I cancelled my 5 nights and they refunded 3 of them, I booked in the correct Regalia Gold...just be aware

Only down fall was hot dishes at breakfast went cold quick.

Free upgrade when checking in. Staff very helpful. Location perfect. Bar and pool area fantastic. Had a spa massage very good. Plenty of variety for breakfast. Short walk to the beach. Booked two nights and extended it for another two.
