The beach was full of trash, it is not hotel fault as they was cleaning every day, but it is really sad as I prefer sea instead of pool.

New, very well equipped hotel in nice location with beautiful surroundings. Very nice staff, paying attention on all details to make guests happy. The best ever kids club. Definitely can highly recommend.

Only thing would be we wished there was a better spot we could have snorkelled around when we were on the catamaran.

Our favourite resort we have been to. The service, amenities and the room was very well thought out. The list of available amenities as well as things to borrow was endless. Communication via WhatsApp made everything very easy for whatever we needed. There was no shortage of pools and areas to relax. The buffet was incredible, had the best warm mini croissants! And I could eat the noodle soups everyday! We also went on the resort catamaran which was an amazing experience. The bed was extremely comfortable. The decor and bathroom was also perfect. We did not want to leave!

The way the beds were reserved with towels each morning and no one sitting on them for hours. This should be more strict. Also the English of the staff I would have expected to be better in a 5 star resort, there were a lot of mix ups ordering.

Exceptional breakfast, the best I have ever had in any hotel. The rooms are really modern and comfortable as is the whole property. The rooftop pools were great and also the amenities. Management were very present and ensured we had a great stay.

The overpriced spa. Although the spa was great it wasn’t $535/person great. The food was fine but a bit over priced as well.

Our room was amazing! Thien, Katrina, Long, and Sharks to name a few were all wonderful. The food was delicious! Everything was very high class. The property is covered with great greenery. This is a must if visiting Vietnam. We loved finding the hidden Bar Jade!

I’ve been traveling to many amazing places with great hotels and exceptional services, but the Regent Phu Quoc is definitely among the best i’ve ever been. Congratulations to the management for the impeccable service the entire staff is providing at every contact point with their guests. Hats down for what they have accomplished. I am a very demanding customer and i don’t give out praise lightly, but the people at Regent Phu Quoc fully deserve it.

-an ordinary breakfast, Restaurant Menu -a restaurant menu board I think that need to visualize the restaurant menu. It's hard for people to choose food because only the text is written. How about making a menu with an iPad? -Too fast clean up Both breakfast and dinner. Everyone didn't finish the food, but the staff came to clean the dishes, which made me uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect but Fu Bar. While im swimming at day was good but during the night for cocktails i dunno it is worth it to being there with that cost.

Every staff was really sweet and nice with smile. Especially THU who did check-in for me, she made my day from tired flight. She was so professional✨ thank you THU💜 and so sad couldnt say goodbye when i leave.

All day dining restaurant menu feels fairly limited. Would be good to have traditional rice/noodle dishes. More authentic Vietnamese food rather than fusion

Everything about Regent was unbelievable from check in to check out.That was possibly one of the best resorts I stayed in.The place has a lot to offer with many swimming pools including the infinity pool at the 10th floor with breathtaking views.There were also variety of restaurants that offered wide variety of food.The breakfast in particular was amazing.The staff were extremely helpful.They were always there to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay.The rooms overlooking the ocean were massive and quite comfortable with spacious balcony which was well furnished in case you wanted to stay in and enjoy a chat with family or friends over a cup of tea or coffee

The monsoon rain.

The location, the design, the comfort, the staff, the service...everything was just excellent, especially the staff. They were all well trained and their PR was superb. There was one night we were having dinner at Ocean Club and the kids at the next table were really noisy. We didn't complain but the staff were so apologetic that one of the staff escorted us to Jade Bar for complimentary drinks on the house after our meal. And when we got back to our room, we had a special plate of dessert waiting for us with an apology note. Regent really trained all their staff well, from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, the staff at the pool, beach, gym, housekeeping and the chefs...they were all so friendly and attentive. Excellent!
