Friendly Staff, Great Hospitality, Excellent Service, Perfectly Located

The outside surrounding area seemed a little dirtier than other parts of the old quarter, which we had stayed in earlier in our trip but would happily stay at this hotel again.

Friendly helpful staff, Lucky on reception provided exceptional service and was always cheerful. Close to beer street and the weekend night markets. Value for money accommodation.

The staff lucky and Mimi were very nice ,polite and helpful also I met the manager who was very good and informative. They explained to us the nearby tourist places etc. Overall it was a superb stay,no regrets

Good location, helpful staff. Nice spacious rooms, very clean and tidy. Very good sleep on the mattress. I had to shorten my stay for work reasons and the staff helped me with that, even though it meant less money for them.

We arrived at around 9am and we were allowed to check in at 12pm. The staffs are really nice, we feel so welcomed. They also mentioned places we can visit and food we can try. The room is also really spacious. The tourist spots are walking distance from the hotel.

It's not often I write reviews tbh, i only do if either everything was excellent or everything was awful. Thus i don't really have anything negative to say, we were super happy with this place.

We stayed here for a few nights prior to our wedding and used it as a base to make arrangements and also be close to friends who were staying nearby. The hotel was clean and well presented, and the staff were honestly amazing. They were so helpful and friendly and just generally fantastic. Old quarter is generally very noisy and busy and this hotel is on a slightly quieter street whilst still being very central. I would happily stay here again if we visit again in the future. I was also quite surprised with the beds, very big and comfortable, we did have the executive suite, so I don't know if the beds were slightly larger, though. The breakfast wasn't bad either, basic, but it did the job, you can order pho and eggs to order as well which is nice.

Because this hotel locates in the old town of Hanoi, the traffic is bad

It’s neat and cute in the middle of the old quarter, the breakfast buffet is satisfactory, you can order your eggs upon request. Complementary water every day. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast can be better

Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable during check in and throughout the stay. They also gave us recommendations on where to go in Hanoi. The room has nice design, and it's clean and comfy. It looks exactly the same as the picture posted. Soundproofing also meets our expectation. The hotel is located in a quieter corner of the Hanoi Old Quarters, where you can find lot of nice restaurants and attractions nearby while enjoying the relatively quiet stay at the same time. It is about 10-15 mins walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is a small local coffee shop, a local banh mi stall and a local bun cha shop, as well as a convenience store located near the hotel. Very convenient.

The only issue we had was the noise coming from the corridor/stairs early morning. You can hear people talking and walking, including the staff preparing breakfast and the cleaning staff making very loud noises. It's a big issue if you are a light sleeper.

Only ready mix coffee powder was kept with the kettle. You may keep some alternatives like separate coffee powder, creamer, and sugar, and some varieties of Tea.

Occasionally we could hear noises from traffic in the day, but it was relatively quiet during the night even though our room faced the road.

Walking distance to many tourist attractions, very easy to find food and coffee nearby. Bathroom was clean, water pressure for shower was decent. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Could use some refurbishment as kettle was broken and a sink was clogged and draining slowly.

Location is perfect, every sightseeing spots is at a walking distance. Staff is amazing and gives you a lot of good tips. Double bedroom is spacious but the family room is small. You can’t hear the traffic but you can hear the other guest going in and out. Breakfast is good and offers both western and Asian options.

Our room was on 4th floor and was a bit dark. Light in the room is not great and I struggled to do my make up. TV was a bit small for the size of our room and distance from the bed. Walls are very thin and when people were checking in late at night (around midnight) I could hear them from reception and then they woke up everyone when they talked outside our room and slammed their doors.

Staff are supper friendly and make you smile the moment you walk in. We were checking out early and they tried to arrange an early breakfast for us. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to connect to Netflix on TV so we chill out watching our favourite movies. Breakfast was simple but very delicious and there was something for everyone. Hotel has great location; the street is not too busy (in Hanoi old quarters standards) so noise from the road did not disturb us; there is great sandwich place and Circle K just around the connect, not to mention bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
