Nice fresh quiet calming.. Slept like a log of wood.... I was away from my friends They hated their hotel. I loved mine ...I definitely will be back some day soon. Break fast Lovely simple fresh ...really enjoyed the cherry tea... Most of all moon the receptionist made my stay so memorable...always laughing and smiling. Lovely friendly fun.

Was lovely and spacious! Banana pancakes in the morning which was a lovely breakfast. Great price compared to a lot of other hotels. Got given bottles of water each day. Found beds perfectly comfortable. Was a lovely stay on the island! Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Internet on fifth floor not as strong as on lower floors.

The hotel was really good and just a few minutes walk from the sea front. It was extremely quiet and beds were comfortable. We were in the fifth floor and the view was right onto the cliffs and looked like a green wall. Very nice and private. Room as a good size fridge, kettle, good Aircon which also doubles as a heater which we needed as it was quite cold during our visit. There was a slight musty smell initially in the room (.I guess that was due to a very wet winter but subsided very quickly once we used the Aircon/heater for a bit. There were two large beds in the room. One of the biggest room we have stayed in during our 4 weeks in Vietnam. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The host is a great guy who studied in Europe and speaks great English and is really helpful if there is any issues.

I must highly recommend this accommodation, it was quait, but still close to the center, but what make our stay really special was Moon, the front officer which was kind and helpful with everything we need from managing our transfers to recommending the places to visit or booking the boat trips we can say that we felt very comfortable with her care.

The owner was very accommodating and friendly. All the other staff members were also always very nice. We were given helpful tips, you could ask anything and it was also easy to book excursions through the hotel.

Location was good, not on the bar street but still good walking distance to that and beaches. So quiet at night Renting scooter is easy and very fun!

The hot water for the shower was inconsistent and would sometimes just run out of hot water for the remainder of the day.

The staff was amazing and so helpful in getting us settled in as well as connecting us with local guides and tours. They even personally did a local market tour for us and cooked us a big hotpot dinner. They also made sure we had lots of water during our stay.

The shower wasn't consistent with the temperature. It often went cold after a few minutes. There was a lot of banging during the night. We think this was when a toilet was flushed but unsure.

The staff went out of their way to help us with organising transport, bike rental, and recommendations in the town. They were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice. They cooked my pancake how I liked it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The towels were changed every day and we were given free water every day. There was heating in the room. It was cold when we visited Cat Ba and we were told other hotels didn't have heating. The hotel is located on a very quiet road but still a good location. There was no noise from outside.

We stayed at Rose Nhung for five nights over the Christmas break and had a great experience. The room was cosy with comfortable beds and the whole place was very clean. Setting the shower temperature was a bit fiddly but otherwise no issues. The best thing about our stay however was Thai the hotel manager who really looked after me and my partner - recommending tours which were good, being honest about when activities weren’t worth the hassle and just generally really looking after us. 100% the best customer service we’ve had during our time travelling.
