The moment you step on the cruise ship, you're immersed into the experience. The itinerary was amazing and the crew and staff were so friendly. We loved everything about our stay. Theu went over and above for food requirements as my friend doesn't eat pork and I do not eat seaslfood. There was never a time we felt like we had less food to eat. Dan, who was assigned tonus during our stay, was always in top ofnthings and was there to help. The bathroom is huge and clean, which was a pleasant surprise.

The Wifi and TV functionality could improve otherwise everything was perfect.

We like how proactive the crews services are and how they took care of us, especially “Cheese” Linh Chi, she was exceptional.

Basic drinks were not included in the cruise package. And they were sold at much higher price as compared to on the land.

Our 2 day stay in Dora cruise was a memory for life. The food was extremely tasty and accommodated all our requests. We didn't want to eat beef and pork and it was well taken care of. Everything except the drinks were included in the package. The team had planned the days well in advance. They told us about their local culture and a bit about their surroundings. We were served and helped throughout our stay by Lyn. She is one of the best. She genuinely enjoys her job and is really good at it. Bruce Panda, the manager , is a very knowledgeable and funny guy. Nam was very considerate and packed some food for my kid upon request. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

I didn’t like the night entertainment. There was no music, after dinner got really quiet and boring. Also,the jacuzzi was dirty and water had the colour of shrek😅 the jacuzzi was cleaned first thing in the next morning so probably they didn’t have time to prepare for our group

Overall really organised, and everything was on schedule. Food was amazing and our room had the best view. Crew staff really friendly, special thanks to Davis.

Great value for Money, the location was not too crowded and the crew was amazing. Special mention to Lyn for taking really good care of our special meal requirements and to the Cruise Manager Bruce Panda for the guidance he provided throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

Absolutely nothing, however I would suggest offering the option to eat outside on deck as there are many tables.

Dora Cruise was the most efficient experience we had whilst in Vietnam. We opted for the transfers to and from our hotel in Hanoi which was very comfortable. Although there have been comments on stopping at the pearl factory, it is only for 30mins, similarly there have been a few comments on the boat ride to the big boat, but it does allow for a great tour of the bay prior to boarding the bigger boat. Our room was incredible and the staff were very helpful. Although there are a variety of activities these are definitely an opt in/opt out which was beneficial for us as on the second day we chose to enjoy our cabins balcony.

They happily did babysitting for us so that we could do activities, have fun or eat in peace. Other passengers, who asked silly questions like why the tender takes so long to get to Dora (it's all written in the confirmation and if you listened to Bruce while he was speaking, he gives you all the where's and whys - also, relax, you're on holiday!!!)

We loved everything about this cruise. Activities were well organised. You could take part as much or as little as you wanted. Food and drinks tasted great. Our room was superb and bed very comfortable! Staff were amazing and attentive. Shout out to our cruise manager, Bruce Panda, who has the patience of a saint. Lots of people imagine a Ha Long Bay cruise to constantly move around the whole of Ha Long Bay...we knew this wasn't the case as we had done our research and knew we would only see a small portion of Ha Long Bay.

Ah what not to like about the Dora Cruise! We had an amazing two night stay at this cruise and we had the best time! The staff was extremely friendly and very service-oriented, always trying to help or to see what was needed. The activities outside the ship were fine, but if I'm reviewing the cruise experience itself, I can't help but to give it 5 stars! The room was amazing, the beds were extremely comfortable and having a balcony to enjoy the Halong views was incredible. The room featured both a shower and a bathtub and all in all, everything felt luxurious in an effortless way, and our room was one of the cheapest ones. It had a decently equipped mini gym to do some quick workouts, which I enjoyed. The food, oh man, the food. Basically everything was delicious and there was always something that I loved, in every single meal. They fed us the whole day and every time it was really good. The night entertainment was very cool and the karaoke sessions were sensational because they let us play whatever we wanted. Shout to Bruce Panda and Tiger and the rest of the team for the amazing time, I would highly recommend this cruise and would love to come back!

The wifi was limited throughout the journey (mentioned at the start of the trip) and had to rely on mobile data when available. Would recommend to upgrade the wifi service for better coverage.

The boat was well maintained and spacious, did not feel congested at any point during my stay. The rooms were clean, conformable and the balcony was a nice addition. The staff especially Bruce, Lyn and Nam were very accommodating and helpful. Activities were well coordinated. Enjoyed the 3day/2night package as there was enough time to relax on the boat and partake in activities (e.g. Cat Ba island tour) without feeling rushed.

We expected more of a cruise on the ship itself. It seems it commutes more around very limited space and trips ect are done on a small boat. Food was not great, it was ok but we ate everywhere in Vietnam better. I think it’s not easy to please so many different nationalities.

The rooms on the boot are nice and the beds comfy. The staff really tries hard to please. The whole process was smooth.
