We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWiFi absolutely none of existent, didn’t work for the whole trip pretty much. Relied on data (which too not always accessible in Ha Long Bay)
Staff extremely helpful, especially Dee. Nothing was too much for him. The best part about the whole experience was the absolutely astonishing views of Ha Long Bay. Beautiful scenery, great fun kayaking and massively recommend the stunning Cat Ba Island. An amazing trip.

United KingdomThe water in this part of Ha Long bay does not look clean. I love to swim in the sea, but on this occasion I gave it a miss. The cabin could do with a few repairs. Curtain tracks had come away, water leaking from bath tap across the floor and net curtains all around looked like they'd never been cleaned....but none of these were a big issue. Pay attention when being being told about the itinerary because it was impossible to understand what was being said over the speakers in the corridors and cabins! Drinks were expensive on board compared to shore. No draught beer, and ALL drinks, alcoholic and soft had to be paid for.
A tender takes the passengers from the wharf to the boat which is anchored off shore. Transit time about 30 minutes. Spacious cabin, with comfortable 4 poster bed. Large balcony with table, chairs and a big round recliner which we lay on to take in the amazing views in the sunshine! Kayaking around the islands was fun. Also the early morning cave visit. The food was good and varied though mainly Asian. Meals were buffets except for the main evening meal which was served to the table and was just Asian food.....fine for me, but my partner went hungry! Just the right amount of things to see and do to fit the allotted time (a one day cruise).

Great value for money for what is included. Activities were great and spread out enough that it didn’t feel rushed, yet still crammed a lot in within the two days. One night and two days definitely was sufficient. We got really lucky with the weather and had clear skies for our first day, which is rare!

AustraliaSome of the prices were a bit steep, especially for a coffee. Also the bank surcharge seemed excessive. At the time of booking the cruise it wasn't indicated that there was a 3.85% bank surcharge. This caused issues at check-in.
Food was amazing. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Activities were fun especially day trip to Cat Ba, Cooking demo was informative, My husband enjoyed the Squid Fishing. The Flame thrower was entertaining. Viet, the Cruise Manager, was very knowledgeable and also the guide on our trip to Cat Ba, I'm cross with myself I can't remember his name.
