1. The staff was very friendly and helpful 2. The receptionist even help me to get taxi frm sapa town to their homestay. 3. They help us to bring our language to the homestay without any extra fee. 4. The place was very clean and neat. 5. The bunglow and tent was equiped with all basic necessity. 6. The bathroom in the bunglow was very clean. For the tent, the common bathroom was also very clean. 7. They provide a simple breakfast but was very delicious. We had chicken noodle soup and milk coffee. 8. The tent was equiped with mattress warmer and the bunglow with hotcond. 9. 24/7 with hot water supply. 10. Nice place to relax. 11. Beautiful view Highly recommend to stay here. I stayed in 3 different places in Sapa, but this S plus bunglow is the most favourite stay of mine. Will definitely visit sapa to stay here again.

You don’t get a choice for breakfast. The area to hangout if the weather is bad is just their reception/restaurant bar tables.

Amazing accomodating hosts. Hot showers! Clean bathrooms. Amazing view (when not foggy), nice breakfast (eggs one day, pancakes the next with coffee or tea), tents were cool, comfortable and had electric blankets making it a cosy stay. The bungalows also look very nice. They serve food for lunch/dinner if needed and are a short walk to some other restaurants and cafes. Also did our laundry and helped arrange taxis to/from Sapa for 250k.

Beware of dog surrounding the property.

The ambience of peace and away from the city. The room spacious with personal balcony. The staff was super friendly and put an extra miles to assist to book motorbike.

The heated water was not enough for a bathtub full of water so better ration the hot water for shower :)

After travel the long journey after Sapa town, this place is at the town of Ta Van where it has amazing view just like the pictures. There is a heated light for the bath tub area. It's like private glamping area but in a small hut for the night. The staffs were amazing and were attentive to our needs to get help navigating the places around. Nature is so close to you and you feel like you can stay the whole day there to admire the view! & the happy birthday surprise from the hosts 😍

You start to see some signs on the tent canvas that it's not perfectly fit for these levels of humidity. On the other hand, the tent itself is very clean.

The view is beautiful, everything is very clean and the staff is wonderful.

Not the hotel actually, but the taxi driver that seems not familiar with this place and drop us at the wrong roadside in a rainy night with my 3 kids. He charged me extra Dong for his own fault. So disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

The view very mesmerized. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. I would say this is the best hotel and staff i ever met based on my traveling experiences before.

Everything is amazing. All the staffs are helpful and nice. Just a bit note, if you bring an elder, you better tell the hotel in advance so they can arrange the pick up. Because it requires a little bit walk to get into hotel from the drop off zone. I am sure the hotel will found best solution for you and of course no charge. You dont need to worry if you want to take a walk/hiking during your check out day cause they provide free bathroom even though you checked out (its clean!) and in my opinion if you travel by more than 1 pax, its better to get taxi from the hotel because its quite risky (scam, get lost) to get random taxi to drop us there. Thanks guys! Great job!

We had such a great time for two nights in the middle of the mountains with a stunning view in a tent. Thanks for providing everything we needed! Bathrooms, tent and whole location were clean and the food (we had two times breakfast and dinner) was delicious. Most of all we want to thank Hoat and the super nice young lady who were always friendly, so kind and uncomplicated to communicate with! Hoat arranged a Taxi from and to SaPa City, even took our luggage on his motorbike up to the street and the driver drove super safe. :) We felt very welcomed and safe as two women from Europe backpacking to a village close to SaPa, wich is a fact that we’re not taking for granted. Would highly recommend this spot!

The views from the bungalow, even though it was misty, were amazing to look at. The bed was comfortable and having a bath was a real luxury. Everything was very clean. I was shown a circular walk to a waterfall in the next village. It was super misty when I went but loved it all the same. I'm sure with clearer weather it would be even better. 100% recommend staying here - don't let the lack of reviews put you off.

My stay at S Plus Bungalow was excellent. The bungalow itself is great. The bed is big and comfy and the bathroom is nicely furnished with a bathtub made of wood. The hotel is surrounded by a magical mountain view. Imagine waking up to that every morning! Also, I’m super impressed with the staff. Even though I arrived late, they managed to arrange a dinner at the place of a local family living nearby. The food was traditional Vietnamese and every dish were super tasty. I really appreciate their hospitality. I would definitely recommend S Plus Bungalow to other travelers.
