Its not very insulated so you can hear noise from neighbours and the elevator with people coming and going late at night. The room was brand new so still did not have bath towel hooks or small finishes like closet handles.

Location was great, in the centre of District 1 but slightly set back from the main roads. The apartment/room was brand new and clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful during check in and check out and any needs we had during our stay.

I stayed here just for a night but I wish I stayed longer. It's like a little service apartment with a small kitchen and stuff. It didn't feel cramped at all. I was a bit surprised that the toilet didn't have a bidet but the room is cozy. The staff was really helpful and accomodating. The location is great too.

The water pressure at night was very weak , couldn’t flush the toilet until morning.

Lovely studio apartment in district 1. Good value for money and good location. Only stayed 1 night as I’d miss a flight . They were very accommodating let me have late check out as I had a migraine and didn’t charge me . Also the girls at reception were very helpful helped me order a grab taxi to airport.

The room was on the second floor facing the small street. And it could be noisy. There were some guys shouting loud, but we were lucky - they disapeared before we went to sleep. And we had to check out very early that day, othervise idk - could be noisy in the morning.

This hotel does not exist. The address is a restaurant. When we arrived no-one in the street had heard of the hotel, including the staff who work at the restaurant. That was not a great experience after a long day travelling. We were bemused. I later discovered an A4 piece of paper on the wall with a number to call for the ‘hotel’, which is the only hotel signage. I called the number I had been given and someone turned up, led us through the restaurant to a lift, and then up to an apartment. He was only interested in getting cash from us for the apartment. He stopped understanding English when I said I was expecting a hotel. He didn’t leave any instructions for us. For example, when I asked how we get into the flat after the restaurant closed (using a translation app) he quickly showed me a password on his phone. We had to ask the restaurant staff where the keypad was. We also had to WhatsApp to get a WiFi password. We stayed three nights. The room wasn’t serviced, the bin wasn’t emptied, there was no reception service. The shower was not fastened properly to the wall. The day before we left we got a message just before midnight telling us to call when we were leaving so they could come and get the key. I called twice but no-one answered and there was no-one else around to leave a key with. I don’t trust the other reviews that say this is a great hotel, because there isn’t any hotel. If the owners want to rent out apartments, they should be clear that is what they’re doing and not try to pretend they are a hotel. I’ve tried to let Booking.com know they are advertising a non-existent hotel, but their customer service chat isn’t accepting feedback!

The hotel is above a restaurant and doesn't have reception. When I booked I didn't know this. When I contacted the hotel through the WhatApp number provided a couple of young men showed up. The first thing one of them did was insist that I pay for the room in cash. I contacted the hotel through Booking and they confirmed that they did work for the hotel. It was a very strange encounter. I was there for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned, the trash wasn't emptied and I never got fresh towels. Basic hotel stuff I shouldn't have to ask for. When I arrived the shower was detached from the wall, surely they knew about it when they booked the room. It appears to be a new hotel or new owners and maybe they are just learning the business. But they could do better.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a good location in District 1. There are plenty of food options close by. The room was clean.
