The stairways to the apartment iis off putting, as it looks almost like an abandoned house, but the appartment and rooms are in a good state.

It's definitely a good place to stay. Considering the location. The price and the dinner offered. The dinner will be local vietamese food, but they can adjust it to your diet too, like me, I am vegetarian. Also, the hosting family is very friendly and accommodating.

Highly recommended. The host is very caring they helped me carry my luggage upstairs, turned on the AC and boiler shower before I come in. The lady has amazing cooking still and the room has exceeded my expectation with extra space. Very good value for money

A very nice family who rents some rooms in their apartment. It is simple, but they have nice attention for the details. The room was big, comfortable beds and everything I needed. Very clean. It is a real vietnamite experience, and all the family is very nice. The dinner was absolutely amazing, a lot of food and very tasty. The position is also perfect to go everywhere walking. I recommend it

The stairs were somewhat difficult to navigate but the owner helped us to carry our luggage upstairs.

The homestay is located on a quiet street near Ben Thanh market in city center. The owner and his family were very friendly and treated all guests to a wonderful, complimentary Vietnamese family-style dinner. From this homestay location we walked one block to Pasteur Street to catch Bus 152 to go Tan Son Nhut airport (SGN) for 5,000 VND (not even 20 cents)

A really authentic homestay experience - you are staying with a family in their home. It's not a hotel, so expectations should be as such. It was really clean and comfortable. Decent aircon in the bedroom. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a hotel. For the price, it's perfect. Dinner was really good both nights and there was lots of food. It was nice to have dinner together with the other guests. The host family were lovely, even letting me have a short lie down when I arrived in one of the family's rooms as mine wasn't ready yet. One of the best places I stayed in Vietnam.

It was a little difficult to find and the host wasn't there when I arrived, but arrived soon after. There are quite a few stairs to climb, the host happy to help with getting your luggage up.

The highlight was the dinner food. was great to eat with other traveller's too. The air conditioning was good and the room and bathroom had everything I needed. Excellent helpful host.

This was a truly authentic Vietnamese Homestay experience right in the heart of Saigon. The family living there were extremely welcoming and cooked for us twice. The food was delicious! We had a late flight out the next day, but the hosts let us leave our belongings there whilst we ventured out for the day and even cooked us another meal that evening! Incredible value for money!

There isn't an exterior sign, there are people cooking out side the entrance of the bldg.. One street east of Ben Thanh Market, turn left at corner, 15M, there is a small hallway on your left, immediately to your right is a stairway and it is (2) flights up to Saigonnaise.

Price included dinner, share bathroom with 2 other rooms. AC and ingternet works excellent and quiet at night. Plenty of buses to/from park and Vu Bien Street area. Walking distance to River, Saigon Esplanade area, Opera House, Independence Palace (Remembrance Hall), Notre Dame Cathedral. Hosts were very nice.

Really lovely people, very helpful and friendly. Home cooked dinner every night at 19h00 included and laundry too. It was like being at home! My bedroom was super clean and comfortable. It was lovely staying with a Vietnamese family and sharing dinner with other travellers.

Just a warning to future guests: this is not a hotel, so don't expect full comfort and privacy. It's a real homestay/guest house where a Vietnamese family lives so please, respect them, their home and their lifestyle.

The homestay is very well-located and close to everything in the city center by walk. You really feel at home and get the chance to live as a Vietnamese. You have a private room and you share a bathroom with one or two other guests. Dinner is included and served every evening at 7 pm. The homemade food is delicious!! Thank you for this amazing experience.

Everything was perfect.

The owner invited all the guests for a dinner and the dinner was amazing. It was a great opportunity to socialise with other people. The owner and her family are super friendly, kind, and compassionate. I wanted to stay more but the rooms got quickly booked out. Rooms are clean, internet worked good, location is at the centre of the city.
