Breakfast wasn't so much, just one small meal and a little orange juice or coffee. Alot clothing moths in our room too....

The pool itself was really amazing, with sunbeds. Seemed really luxurious as budget accommondation. Cheap motorbikes! Big bathroom.

The room is relatively small and lacks cleanliness.

There is ample privacy, the staff is friendly and helpful, the internet is fast (200Mbs), the Daikin air conditioner is provided, numerous coffee shops are located nearby, it is situated near Vincom Plaza, and there are plenty of local restaurants in the vicinity.

Room was very small and had no windows, looked completely different to what was advertised on booking.com. Breakfast was very basic and as with other reviews, the eggs were very runny and undercooked, not really worth getting up before 9am for.

Good location, in walking distance to town and local attractions. Nice swimming pool area. To be expected for the price point.

We were three and stayed in a room for four people with two double beds. The room was very small and the beds so close together it was basically one huge bed. Sadly we also had a cockroach in the bathroom so I didn't feel that comfortable. The balcony however was really nice and we overlooked the pool which was also quite enjoyable even so it wasn't too clean. It's location on the roof is very nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel is locsted within walking distance to the walking street and City centre.

Great pool and accommodating hosts. Great to relax with some Netflix when soaring temperatures & after 3 months on the road.

One small criticism was the pool area could have been cleaner, however we found this to be the case throughout Vietnam

The staff went above and beyond during our stay, they were so friendly and my girlfriend was given a flower on international women's day, a lovely touch. Would stay again!

It is quite far from any of the tourist attractions and we had some hairs and fluff on our bed sheets. The room was clearly clean though and it was likely that the hairs and stuff came from the washing machine filter.

The staff was amazing and the pool was very nice. The hotel was kept very well! We were very satisfied with our stay.

We had a cockroach in our room, but it was just one and after we removed it, there were none. The included breakfast was very small (1 small bread and 1 egg) and didn't taste great.

The location and the room were fantastic! The staff was very helpful and kind! The swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay!

The bathroom/wet room was very small, I could literally shower, sh** and shave from one position. For the 3 days and nights we stayed I had to prompt staff at about 1600 each day to supply clean towels and empty the garbage bins, daily servicing of rooms does not appear to be a thing here. This is the first hotel I have stated in quite some time where the room did not have a bar fridge. The AC in the room was initially very poor and I checked the filters which were completely blocked and had not been cleaned in a very long time. I would suggest to the hotel that they need a regular service clean at least quarterly. Overall the hotel staff were pleasant and the hotel was OK, I would however not stay again.

Everyone I encountered were so accommodating and kind! They even welcome with a rose on International Women’s Day. The room was spacious and facing the pool. Also, tried the food at the restaurant and that was really good.

Rooms a bit small and lacked decent sized windows

Good location close to tourist bars/ restaurants and night life. 10 minute taxi to railway station. 25 minute walk to citadel and imperial city. Staff extremely helpful. Thu Sang on reception went out of her way to help with a number of issues.

Rooms might smell like humidity but if you ventilate good or used the airco mode of humidity it goes away

Swimming pool upstairs nice for a one swim after tourism and the rooms were modern (shower working extremely good for Asian standards). What we love the most is that yes, personnel does not speak English but you can tell they have good intentions with google translate we communicate and even when we actually forgot our passports they help us super fast to get them back to us!

We were offered anything of our choice for breakfast. The standard menu was lacking in choice. We asked for fruit plates and were happy.

Our shower didnt drain properly which resulted in the whole room being wet, also ac didn’t work so the room remained damp the whole time, our hair and clothes felt damp to touch, there was a bit of meat down the side of the bed which shows me they don’t properly clean after the people before, at beeakfast there was an option for either scrambled or omelette eggs, everytime we ordered scrambled they would bring out an omelette which was always very undercooked

The pool was nice although not much room up there, only 3 sunloungers

the water in the pool was cold, the hotel is essentially a karaoke restaurant so every evening there are groups singing (however the music ends by 10pm). The staff does not speak English but with the Google translator you can understand.
