Very attentive staff. A lovely spacious bedroom equipped with all you need. Delicious breakfast and the only hotel in our three week trip to Vietnam who offered vegetarian pho in the morning. Provided me with a steam iron for my creased clothes.

The rooms smell was off slightly and could do with a friendlier more welcoming fragrance.

The location was great and the staff were exceptional. They were attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast in the morning was good, buffet selection offered variety. Would stay here again.

Like allways, each time I stay the staff takes exeptional care of their customers even they had to fix something out of their hands. Nice and clean rooms whatever category you stay. Got upgraded as the bed setting we asked was not available.They even provided me Cash while all the ATMs around the hotel were not working.

If I had to pick one thing, and this is not actually a problem with the hotel is it’s right on the border of the Old Quarter which was a bit dirty and cramped. But, having said that, many attractions were within walking distance so once we got used to the area, it wasn’t so bad. More of an initial culture shock I think having just come from Japan

The staff were amazing. So helpful and were able to direct us to eateries, shopping, booked tours that were also exceptional value for many and so well organized and run. Breakfast was varied and great quality. Spa staff were fabulous. Airport shuttle was arranged for us “ so they could extend their professional experience all the was to the airport”. Amazing. I honestly couldn’t fault the hotel or staff. It was such a professional organization. It was a really terrific experience

Layout in one room is a little awkward arising from the building footprint. Else everything works.

English speaking staff with courteous service. Rooms are brightly lit and had windows as described. Staff helped with transfers to and from noi bai international airport including destinations not the hotel.

The rooms were so lovely. Clean. I felt so comfortable in this hotel. The staff were so kind. All the staff had smiles on their faces and were always happy to help. I hope the management continues to treat the staff here well. This is important for good service. The staff were so kind. So helpful. The management should be proud. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come again. I was at another hotel where the management pressured me to write a review and book excursions via her "Valley Hotel and Travel." Had such a horrible experience there. When I came here I felt totally at home and looked after. The staff were of superior quality. The breakfast was more than enough. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Whilst drip coffee was available, it would be nice if there was a coffee machine or choice of Vietnamese iced coffee.

Staff were friendly and helpful, with considerate communication via WhatsApp to check our flight arrived on time. They helped organise a pick up from the airport which ensured a smooth arrival. The list of food recommendations provided was much appreciated. Centrally located with a nice view from the room. Wide variety of food at the buffet breakfast with a mix of both western and traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Although the location was in a high traffic area, we had no issues with noise. Highly recommend!

Great location and pretty soundproof even being deep in old quarter. I told them it was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond for me. Taking extra care to make sure we caught our bus to Halong bay and great laundry service.
