Layout in one room is a little awkward arising from the building footprint. Else everything works.

English speaking staff with courteous service. Rooms are brightly lit and had windows as described. Staff helped with transfers to and from noi bai international airport including destinations not the hotel.

The rooms were so lovely. Clean. I felt so comfortable in this hotel. The staff were so kind. All the staff had smiles on their faces and were always happy to help. I hope the management continues to treat the staff here well. This is important for good service. The staff were so kind. So helpful. The management should be proud. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come again. I was at another hotel where the management pressured me to write a review and book excursions via her "Valley Hotel and Travel." Had such a horrible experience there. When I came here I felt totally at home and looked after. The staff were of superior quality. The breakfast was more than enough. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Whilst drip coffee was available, it would be nice if there was a coffee machine or choice of Vietnamese iced coffee.

Staff were friendly and helpful, with considerate communication via WhatsApp to check our flight arrived on time. They helped organise a pick up from the airport which ensured a smooth arrival. The list of food recommendations provided was much appreciated. Centrally located with a nice view from the room. Wide variety of food at the buffet breakfast with a mix of both western and traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Although the location was in a high traffic area, we had no issues with noise. Highly recommend!

Great location and pretty soundproof even being deep in old quarter. I told them it was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond for me. Taking extra care to make sure we caught our bus to Halong bay and great laundry service.

Stayed here once before and after being put in a bad situation with another hotel I booked I instantly knew I wanted to come back. The staff were so warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable when I was a bit distressed and tired! Sue was especially lovely, and even though they didn’t have space for me on one of the nights, they moved me to their sister hotel and made sure I had a great room in both sites. The hotel is beautiful and so comfortable and clean. Honestly can’t fault it!

No issues - enjoyed it so much we booked it again after our Halong Bay cruise.

The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly and professional. Greeted us with a welcome beverage before they showed us to our room. Lana Hoàng was especially helpful in ensuring our stay was wonderful. She offered suggestions about things to do in not only Hanoi, but our next leg of travel. The room was clean and comfortable offering water, tea and coffee. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the staff always greeted everyone with a smile. Excellent location near restaurants, banks and sites. Would definitely recommend staying at the Salute Premium.

The room overlooking the city had a lot of noise from the street, bars, and restaurants. If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest choosing a room without a city view to avoid the disturbance.

This place was fantastic! We visited the hotel twice while traveling through northern Vietnam, and each time was exceptional. The rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a vast array of hot meals, pastries, fruits, and juices, all incredibly delicious and fresh.
