The staff is the star of this hotel. Hotel was okay but the warmth of the staff makes the difference. Everyone goes beyond and above to ensure our comfort which I really appreciate. Special shout out for Tony who help arrange our transport, Casey who recommended nice restaurant and Alisa for the amooth check our process. The location is juat few minutes away from the famous train street.

Excellent service, top top class. Always ready to help. Got a cake from the staff(M&A)on the birthday. Should given 12/10 on the service. Will really recommend this hotell. Clean and good rooms. Nice loaction to the Train Street. But overall, the service was top top class

Nothing much to dislike honestly. The shower could have been a little bigger, but that's about it.

The staff was the highlight of our trip, Luca, Tony and everyone at the reception and at house keeping made our stay perfect. Best and most friendly we've come across so far in all of Vietnam. Location is perfect!! Everything is walking distance. Had a great room with a massive balcony.

Certain things in the room are a bit run down. Our toilet's bidet was leaking and they sent someone to swiftly fix it. The room aircon automatically changed temperature even though it wasn't set to Automatic. Needs better upkeep

Hotel is located in quiet street, with a convenient shop around the corner. Less than 5 mins walk from Le Duan train street. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room size is good with balcony.

Think about it. We live in faceless properties, and deal with nameless people every time we travel. This one is an exception. The welcome you receive and the experiences shared with the front office staff are truly heart warming. Casey, Luca, Macie, Mickey and Alisa - the front office staff led by the wonderful Tony are all exceptional human beings and this is what is unique to this property. In fact, I spent a day with all of them, just as one would with family. Every one of those mentioned seem truly passionate about the way they engage with guests, and make you feel at home immediately. The hotel has all the amenities and facilities one has come to expect. It is their people who make a difference, and they have succeeded in transforming a boutique hotel into a home. Three cheers for that. I recommend it to anyone, who is interested in staying in the old quarter of Hanoi.

The furniture was slightly worn, but nothing to be really bothered about.

The breakfast was OK, there was also free tea and some sweets available afternoon. The room was spacious, bed comfy, on the 5th floor acceptable noise from the street below when I kept the window opened. Bathtub in the bathroom. The staff at the reception always smiling and ready to help. The hotel is situated between two streets and has the entrance to both of them

-room was very small and had a weird smell probably from moisture. The walls were painted long time ago it seems. And everything was very dusty. Toilet seat moves and shower heads were not great

This hotel is just fun! The staff are so friendly, each of them really treats you in the most personal way. The room I booked is really lovely (you should book a room with a balcony)! So there is a large and stylish room, a view of the busy city, a good breakfast, and you can even do laundry in the hotel, cheaply! They even ordered me a cake for my birthday - surprised me! This is an extraordinary and unique experience in this hotel. If you are visiting Hanoi - you are guaranteed a great experience at this hotel! Guys I miss you already!
