Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeThe pipe under the toilet basin was disconnected and water flows directly from the washing basin onto the floor. My wife legs was scaled (lightly) when disposing of hot water into the basin not realising the pipe were disconnected and it flow onto her feet. luckily she reacted fast to avoid further injuries. the floor in the batch room was in a mess. Our room was allocated at only the fourth level, thought i book the room early plus now its low season and was hoping to get a room at the higher floor

United KingdomHotel was ok, not the cleanest, but the room size were good. No space to put any toiletries in the bathroom when showering which was odd, also no mirrors, no where to hang your towels. no real space to put your stuff away. We did arrive around 10pm but the reception did not seem happy or really bothered we were checking in, we had to carry all out stuff in which I understand is not a bad thing and a first world problem but normal someone is always there at a hotel to help you. Breakfast was ok, probably better to skip even tho its included and just get food outside.
I think the location was ok, but taxi for some reason found it hard to find us. The room size was decent. breakfast was ok.

United KingdomA few things really ruined our stay, we were told we could check in early at 11.30, we went to reception at 12.30 and got told to wait another 45 mins. The pool bar isn’t open. They don’t provide hand soap, don’t refill complimentary water (350ml) for entire stay. We asked for laundry to be done but they forgot to do it but thankfully managed to do it in time before we left. But I believe this is a one off :)
Great location and the hotel is nice. Great view from roof top, infinity pool is a great touch

VietnamBreakfast was cold. worst hotel breakfast I have had yet. We arrived at 8:30 and it was supposed to close at 9. all their hot containers were shut off. So I tried to get soup. that was also cold. When we arrived the staff realized that the entry room light was broken so they offered to fix it, which was nice. But the guy came back with his tool box, spent a good 10 minutes in the room, and then never fixed the light. The balcony was so small you could barely fit on it and it had a gross water bottle full of cigarette butts on it. The gym was small and lacking equipment.
bed was comfortable and big. Staff were nice.

AustraliaPool facilities (no towels on-site as promised) Gym (don't bother) The patio isn't even big enough to step out on Couldn't use some of the room facilities that I made a point of paying extra for (bath) I asked for a partial refund but got nothing, even after showing photos and having to call staff up about the bath.
Breakfast and location was good. Facilities were not. I couldn't use the bath as the plug return know was broken, and when addressed they just took the plug out to make it more unusable. Cleaning wasn't great, coffee cup left used, floor towel had some sort of blood stain on it from the looks of it. Went into the spa room and it was completely wrecked inside, and the gym Is tiny with burnt out cigarettes everywhere

United KingdomThe aircon seemed to be on Preset fan mode after late night to wee morning hours.
The rooms n roof top pool are exactly like the shown pictures in booking.com The family room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Superbly good for the 4 of us. The breakfast is nothing complicated but good enough with Continental and Asian selections. The staff at the restaurant and reception are always smiling and helpful.
