Not such an issue for me, but the bed is hard. So if you do not like a hard bed, this isn't the place for you

Location was fantastic, close to everywhere you'd want to go, with plenty of places to eat and drink. The room was massive, and the view of the hills were special

Great location near the bus station and the beginning of the hiking trail. The staff were friendly and accommodating towards my personal demands. They were happy to keep my luggage for a couple of days too.

The breakfasts were a bit blend.

We had a pleasant stay. It has very good location nearby the funicular station and restaurants. The hostess were keen enough to book for us tickets for Fansipan and arranged transport to our next destination.

The stairs. But that is everywhere in Sapa.

The staff and Juliana were more than helpful and helped us organising our tracking trip. They were able to accommodate us when we wanted to extend our stay. The area is very good and an easy walk (up hill to to the main area of Sapa. Close to the train station to go up to Fansipan. The beds when we first sat on them were very hard but in actual fact we all slept well. There are the rooms at the back that have no windows so be warned if you want a window or balcony door to get the front rooms. The windowless rooms were quite small but the front rooms had a view and are huge and airy and worth the extra money. I had to work for one day during my stay and was reliant on their wifi which worked well. There is no lift so be warned if you have big bags. However, they happily helped take the bags up for you. We also had laundry done while we were there and it was super speedy as it is all done on-site. Our aircon worked well but know one of the other rooms had issues. Also we had plenty of power points. So charging was not an issue.

A little bit more attention to detail needed at breakfast. Had to ‘borrow’ tissues, seasoning etc from other tables.

Things that can work better is the shower water pressure can be improved. Other than Juliana staff does not speak English so unless she is around getting your ask through to other staff can be challenging.

Location is great, right next to Main Street and places to eat. Room was clean, great value, and big for the price paid. Walls and decor gave a very welcoming feeling and made me comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and was good. AC and WiFi worked quite well. Juliana was awesome and super helpful.

Breakfast (included) 'boring'. The homestay organises hikes/treks. At my hike the guide spoke poorly/hardly understandable English. Along our hike we were followed by really insisting women (acquainted with the guide) trying to sell us stuff. They didn't take no for an answer. Really annoying, partly spoiling the experience.

    Nice staff/owners. Good room, clean.
