Quan is a great host- so friendly and helpful, he helped us organise a day trip which was brilliant. Property is in a good central location and rooms are clean and tidy with everything you could need!

Nothing was bad. There are no extra facilities, like a swimming pool or something like that, at the hotel but it is not needed as everything you want can be arranged.

The staff is very helpful and they can arrange anything in the Sapa area. Every day we would tell them in the evening what we wanted to do the next day, and the next day it was all arranged. And our view was very good. In the morning there was mist in the valley below which gave a mysterious feeling. And during daytime clear view.

AC doesn't work well. But temperature is not so high that it didn't matter.

i booked this room after i sew image on app, and book Room with mountain view, but after that, the room that hotel gave to me was under expectation. The balcony is blocked by another building, and also electric line (may be). Bathroom is too small. Hotel shared that they upgraded my room to family, only 2 people, so family room with 2 beds was no meaning for me while i went with my boy friend? So feeling 700k/night is not wroth for me.

All staffs was amazing, and helpful. I was taken care from check in, during staying and even after check out. Location is good, near centre, can walk to Sun Plaza, Stone Church…

Quite noisy from early morning with beeping cars and trucks. It's on the main road so this issue is unavoidable

The value for money was great. Very clean and a really nice view. Simple but tasty breakfast. The staff were lovely and Thank was so lovely our whole stay. They organised our transfer back to Hanoi and were helpful with anything we needed organising.

They clean the rooms everyday, we leave for a short trip around town and when we get back the rooms was organized and clean.

The public rest room and shower that we used after check out could do with an upgrade but that’s not too important.

The bed was so comfy and the location was perfect for shops, restaurants, treks and the staff were unbelievably friendly. It is just what we needed after being so tired from the Ha Giang loop.

Great location, the most comfortable bed I slept in the whole time I was in Vietnam. It is also very quiet and peaceful considering it’s pretty close to town centre. The staff are also amazing and helpful!

It was on the main road. So the Mountain View room was noisy through the day and until 2am in the morning. Things to note.

Nice property. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

The bed was rather hard

Loved the location, the room was spacious with a comfortable couch, good bathroom and shower and a wonderful view of the mountains. Staff were great and really helpful and breakfasts were very good.
