Breakfast was average, coffee provided was the worst vietnamese coffee I've tasted during the trip and the staff forgot to serve the jelly condiments that go with the yogurt until I've informed her.

Staff's english is poor but would go all the way to assist guests - mine helped me to arrange buggy on demand basis

The bath tub is too high. Climbing in and out is difficult.

With a balcony on the second floor facing restaurant and massage parlours, it is a bit noisy over the weekend, late into the night. A very exciting place right in the middle of city.

not much, just road noise, but that’s the price you pay for great location

perfect location. we asked for high floor with lake view, and in spite of full occupancy we got it. we asked for luggage storage overnight also. breakfast was unbelievable and great array!

I really enjoyed it, service was great, helped us with everything (motorcycle rent, taxi, early check in), awesome rooms with nice view to the city (not lake). Very clean and breakfast was good

We arrived around 10pm and there was only a bellboy that doesn't speak any English It was very noisy up until 10pm, later on weekend. Breakfast was a disaster.

The worst breakfast we had in 6 weeks travelling through SE Asia.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom was a decent size.

There was no spa as advertised by booking.com. This was the reason we picked this hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel and did not state it wasn’t available. Complained to booking.com.

Everything was good, comfortable beds, decent shower nice balcony and complementary tea and coffee. Breakfast also very good.

The AC wasn't really controllable.

The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and even though the neighbourhood is very busy it was quiet inside. The breakfast was fantastic and you had lots of choices. We only stayed one night but would definitely book again.

We booked in for spa but we’re told after we checked in is was under renovations and not open. Took payment from my card without authorization which meant my card being blocked by bank. not ideal abroad.

The bathtub is a little too high. Climbing in and out of the bathtub must be done very slowly as everything is slippery when wet.

Everything was perfect. This room is suitable for young solo traveler for a short stay.

Breakfast is subpar; the foods are not good, and there are not many different types. Foods are not properly kept warm or hot. The lift is malfunctioning which makes us feel uncomfortable (the light is off when we were inside). CC payment is not working when we are there - make sure you need to keep some cash.

The location is good if you want to enjoy the walk around downtown at night. Parking is a bit difficult, but it is possible. The hotel itself is clean

Nothing really, everything was great.

Everything was great! The hotel receptionists were both really really helpful and one of them went out of her way to takeaway the hotel breakfast included in our booking for us to bring on our hike up to Fansipan mountain (reporting time was 630AM and everything was neatly and nicely packed) and to book the hike for us as well on super short notice. Very happy with their service. Room and toilet was really big and spacious.

we arrived at 4am so we had to wait in the lobby. was really cold breakfast was average

great location. surround by restaurants and cafes. walking distance to the cable car station for fansipan awesome receptionist, super helpful. got us our fansipan tickets and booked last minute drives around the area room was clean with really hot water
