The shower over the bath in our room as it was very unstable when taking a shower.

Great view of the town from our balcony. Breakfast was smorgasbord Vietnam style but food was yummy. Even though reception was up a steep road, you took the lift to bottom floor and there were stairs that led to the town below. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Vang who made our stay welcoming. We ate here a few nights with a cocktail and both were tasty.

My room very noise when strong wind hit the balcony door especially at night. Water pressure very low in the bathroom.

The curtain in the bathroom window was transparent to some extent. Not an ideal arrangement if you're travelling with friends of different genders.

The view from my room was fantastic. I chose the mountain view, which had a view of the entire town and the mountains beyond. Breakfast was okay but wasn't great. However, the hotel did offer tour packages to Cat Cat Village which saved me the hassle of finding and booking a tour.

Breakfast could vary a little bit more (same all days) and please stop letting people smoke in the restaurant. I totally hated it. We couldn't eat in peace with that smell

It looks clean at first glance, however, if you look more closely, you’ll discover lots of dust, like behind the tv and other less noticeable spots. Also after we had just checked in, I found dark spots on the bathtub.

Easy to walk from the hotel to Sapa city. Good view from the hotel which can see both mountain and the center of the city. Stuff is friendly and helpful to follow up the van for travelling to Hanoi which was delay from the departure time.

It's a good location!!!👍 Since we came with the night train we could have breakfast there! Ask for early check-in! The staff is helpful and booked tickets for Farsipan mountain for us!! Breakfast is good as well!👍

TV reception a bit fuzzy, room was quite small but okay for a night or two, room was not very soundproof! We were woken up by multiple noisy neighbours shouting in the hallway on our floor at 5am.

Clean room, nicely furnished, decent bathroom. Hotel dining room was very nice with a great view. Good breakfast.

The location is good for walk around Sapa and have something to eat, but please know that every morning around 6:00 am it have sound of public announcement and music for activity at the Sapa town square since 8:00 pm until very late at night.

Not all staff understand basic English but still have some, anyway they all very polite and kind can help you for booking and taxi service. The room is big but not quite clean.

The bathroom in the second room (room 806) we had flooded if you took more than 3 minutes to shower. The first room didn't have this problem so I imagine they just installed the tiles incorrectly in that room combined with bad sealing in the shower section itself. We did our laundry with the hotel and they lost some of my underwear and socks. However they did discount the washing price so that was just slightly annoying, rather than a major flaw.

The staff were very helpful, a couple of them spoke very good English. The others not but we all have Google translate now and you can't expect everyone to speak English. The mountain view rooms were spectacular to say the least and everything was cleaned to a good standard daily. Even if you want to wake up late, they still come back and clean it when you go out for the day. Beds were comfortable and everything on the menu was delicious (I'm a very fussy eater, so that is high praise!). They did seem to be updating the menu but the chef was excellent so I can't see the new one being bad. I made an error in booking and arrived a day early but they had a room available and made changing the next day easy despite it being busy. When we wanted help organising trips they were quick to help us and can't fault them at all.
