Our room is on the 7th floor. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor. So we needed to climb a flight of stairs every time we go in and out from the hotel.

Service was great. They speak English well and assisted us with everything that we needed including providing extra phone charger. The room had a great view. We enjoyed waking up every morning to see the panoramic mountain view right from the bed, and fresh cool air coming thru the wide open balcony throughout the day and night. The hotel location was a plus point as it was so near to Sun Plaza and Sapa Lake.

I can’t really find anything that I didn’t like. I guess some of room’s amenities could be updated to a more modern versions, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Horizon Hotel. The location of the Hotel is pretty amazing since it’s so close to the city centre that you can walk literally anywhere but at the same time it’s not in the middle of all the noise. Our rooms were pretty, spacious, comfortable and clean. The views from our balcony were breathtaking! Staff was very helpful and well-spoken in English and breakfast was delicious and with a lot different options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Room was very comfortable. There was a coffee machine in room. Bathroom even had gold taps. Reading lights were very good. Buffet Breakfast was good. All the staff were wonderful. The Manager was so friendly and helpful.

We arrived in the early morning. I’m so glad that hotel offers a room for us taking a bath and resting. It’s really we need then. Also before we left for night bus we had a room for shower. I appreciated a lot!

The views!!! From our balcony it was simply stunning! The staff were also beautiful and so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also lovely, super comfortable beds and the rooms were spotless.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, centrally located, with aromatic cinnamon tea in lobby. Although Sapa was foggy, we had 2 amazing day treks/ tours with Do (pronounced Zu), booked through her sister Dinh on Airbnb.

Lovely hotel, they let us check in early and allowed us to shower after we had checked out. They organised transportation both to and from the train station. Very friendly staff

The location, close to the center of Sapa. Large room overlooking the Sapa roofline. Comfy beds. Great staff. Good cleanliness. We really appreciated the lunch hamper the manager provided for our trip back to Hanoi.

The receptionist all spoke very good English, breakfast could do with more western food,the manager David was very helpful speaking Vietnamese for our pick up etc,it was nice having complimentary fruit in our room as well as welcoming drinks

Great location, delicious varied breakfast, excellent service. Very professional and attentive staff. The room was well equipped with daily cleaning and comfortable. Heat and air conditioning worked well. We were given two room keys. Good view from the room.

Viet on Reception went over and beyond assisting us with things to do and organising especially the leisurely track through the Hmong tribe village onto the Red Dzao tribe village for the private herbal bath…nothing negative to say apart from we should have spent more time there

A little disappointed that the restaurant only opened for breakfast. Other than that, there was nothing that can be faulted.

Beautifully presented and the staff were very eager to please. They made our experience easy by arranging taxis when required and allowed us to use bathroom & showers after we had checked out.
