Maybe a bit better communication around the price of tours, did not know for instance how much certain attractions costed (quite a lot) on trips out arranged through the hotel.

Stunning views, amazing location near to everything, beautiful rooms. Super accomodating staff who invited us in for breakfast when we arrived early and made us sandwiches when we checked out early in the morning.

Staff was very helpful and sweet. They packed sandwiches and water for our return journey. Lodge was clean and near Sun plaza except for a little uphill climb. The view was overlooking the square.

The location of PineHill was just a 5 minutes walk from main Sapa Town which makes it super convenient to get to places to eat, buses to pick up for trekking tours etc. The staff were incredibly hospitable and thoughtful, knowing our train / bus schedules to Hanoi would arrive at wee hours, they allowed us to rest in the hotel lobby, even allowed early check in and extension of our booking since our train back was at 930pm. Upon our departure they had even packed sandwiches and water for our long journey back to Hanoi! 10/10 would recommend this stay!

Location needs to short walk up and down the stairs or slope. On the sunny day, the room can be quite warm in the afternoon.

Cosy and relax cottage stay, with good view overlooking Sapa town. Bathroom comes with wooden Bathtub Which is relaxing to soak in the warm water in the cold weather. Decent breakfast with good choices of vegetables, fruits, sausage, bacon, pancakes, fried rice, noodles, bread, eggs, coffee/tea, juices etc...location is short walk to the central of Sapa town but needs to go up and down of the stairs or slope as the resort is on the slope. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The bathroom can be designed in a way so that the entire floor doesn’t get wet after showering.

Everything was great! The staff in particular was excellent. Always very helpful. They even prepared a really good to-go breakfast for us when we had to leave for a hiking trek early in the morning before breakfast service start. Breakfast was tasty in a beautiful dining area.

the room was without windows outwards i choose a room with a king size bed but got with two bed instead. anyway it was not that bad.

It was noisy in the evening because of the karaoke in the city. It would eventually stop at 10:30-11:00PM. The soundproofing is not so good.

It was clean and cozy stay. We enjoyed the bathtub and balcony with a mountain view.

Very hospitable staff: catered to our every need both before and after our stay. The room was marvellous, spacious, view of the central square and absolutely beautiful bathroom (wooden hot tub!). The breakfast was delicious, they also offer several options of freshly cooked Pho (soup). Location is excellent as well, walking distance to all major sights and destinations (including Fansipan funicular station, 3mins away).

The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible! We arrived early in the morning and since our room wasn't ready yet we were offered some breakfast and then even got a room upgrade for free. When leaving we got a care package with some sandwiches and water. Would definitely come back here!

The hotel behind Pinehill has karaoke on each night until 11pm. The noise could be heard in our bungalow. That is not a criticism of Pinehill eco lodge though. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff were wonderful.... we received complimentary laundry throughout our stay and a packed lunch for our trip back to Hanoi. The two ladies at reception who checked us in and out were a credit to the hotel.

There is noise from the plaza.

Exceptional stay. Beautiful, pampering accommodations located minutes from the sun plaza and lake. The staff were unbelievably helpful, especially Ricky. He arranged for us a wonderful 2-day trek with a local guide and bus tickets to Tam Coc. He sent us off with sandwiches free of charge as well as drying our laundry.

The location is great, easily to access sunworld plaza for whom want to go to the Fansipan legend. The hospitality is impressive. I had to check out very early in the morning, they packed a good sandwich and a bottle of water per person. I’ve never found the service like this before!

Nice staff with service mind. Delicious breakfast, especially noodles. Mr. Ricky gave us many recommendations and always helped us. There's a bathroom for guests that arrive early or leave sapa via bus or train. The location is good but a bit uphill.

Couldn't be better. Thanks you guys and Would definitely recommend to every one. We forgot a phone in the reception they followed us on the taxi to give it back. How was it nice.

All the best words for this property already said. Central hotel, nearby church, SunPlaza, Market, Restaurants, shops..But the most thing about this hotel is staff. They did great jobs, understand and do the best thing for customers in their abilites. Room was cleaned, wifi so strong, wonderful breafast, bed very comfortable and hot bathtub with much hot water. After we checked out, we could leave luggages in hotel and rest in the lobby until night train.
