Nothing much to dislike. Everything was good. We only encountered some issues with the aircond most likely bcoz its manually switched on and off and we most likely did not know how to operate it.

Their staffs esp the guys at the reception had been very welcoming and helpful whenever we asked for help or information. We arrived very early in the morning and they helped us stored our luggages while we explored Sapa while waiting for check in. Rooms and bathroom are very spacious and very clean. Body shampoo, shampoo, razors and even combs are provided. Thx for the free complimentary breakfast! They even provide an extra standing fan in each room. Loved the view at the rooftop sky bar! Location wise super strategic and convenient. Only less than 5 mins walk to Sapa train station, good selection of restaurants less than 5 mins away, and about 5 mins walk to main Sapa town. Hotel area is safe to walk late night and not too noisy or busy.

Very near to the Sapa City Centre. We will given complimentary breakfast for 2 days as we stayed 2 nights here.

Great location, breakfast catered well for vegetarians, staff were amazing and accommodated an earlier 10am check in for us following an overnight train from Hanoi. Bed was large and comfortable.

The staff were extremely kind, the rooms were clean and the location was a 2 min walk to the city center. Special shout out to Hieu who checked us in and out smoothly. Would likely stay here again when i revisit Sa Pa.

The sheets were not spotless.

The hotel is in the centre of everything with really nice stuff. The people are very helpful, friendly and home welcoming. They make for us a flexible check-in as we arrived really early and also took care of our luggage past our check out. The breakfast is really good, offers a lot of options.

Staff are friendly. The instruction given was clear. Room was huge for 4 adults and they even upgraded with free breakfast for 2 nights. Upon check-out, they also give me free handcraft bag.

Staying only 3 days The sauna experience - the sauna was a kind of coffin like semi horizontal box, you stepped in and covered yourself with a lid coming up to the neck. The floral bath was like a regular bubble bath in a wooden tub. Not impressed with the experience.

Superb staff, welcoming and helpful, brought us tea when we arrived early and waited for the room to be ready, oranised taxi and treks, always smiley and polite. Room beautiful and comfortable, rooftop pods amazing, with stunning views.

so far ok. but the road to center from hotel need to walk a bit. but overall okay je. jalan dr hotel kalo jalan kaki mcm mencanak skit. kalo org tua susah la. sy solo traveler apadahal.

the scenery and service. they give me free breakie during my stay. Alhamdulillah. and also, a bag as souvenir while check out. helping me to get a taxi to bus station. sunset dia on. tgok dr rooftop.level 6. overall nice stay one more thing. the scenery from my balcony is the bomb weyh. very pretty. facing the mountain :)
