We really enjoyed our stay at Rosie House! The views are breathtaking and the cottage was very comfortable and the shower had hot water. What made our stay at Rosie House most memorable was the kindness of the staff. Huy, the manager, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and was lovely to chat to and even gave us a little Vietnamese class. It felt like home!

Stunning views across the valley. Such a friendly welcome and Huy was fabulous. He helped us with taxis, trekking and recommended a fabulous spa at the clay house which is a short walk from Rosie House. Room was clean with comfy beds. We booked the deluxe bungalow which had amazing views from the balcony. Food in Sapa Rosie was great too. It’s a short taxi ride from central Sapa but can be walked in about 45 mins. Some treks start from Sapa Rosie, it’s in a lovely quiet setting overlooking the valley but also close to Sapa town

It could be a bit cleaner - especially the shower and also a lot of spider webs. Bed sheets had stains which always feels a bit weird.

The staff is so sweet and helps with bookings and information. They really try to make it an amazing stay. The location is really nice. A few minutes outside town with great views.

I was little bit surprised by the high prices for some activities they proposed but I also have to admit that these were faire prices I think.

The Hosts were really nice and tried everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bungalow had a fantastic view and was clean and comfortable. Also the food was very good!

Rosie House in Sapa offers an unforgettable experience with its stunning mountain views and eco-friendly design that seamlessly blends into nature. The food was excellent, providing a taste of local cuisine in a delightful setting. What truly made our stay remarkable was the service, particularly from Huy, whose attention to detail and exceptional care ensured a personalized and memorable experience. Highly recommended for a perfect blend of nature, comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

Everything is really clean and tidy and works perfectly but maybe the chalets will need a little renovation now that the country is open again after Covid lockdown.

Idyllic, peaceful, 8-roomed homestay with beautiful views over the Muong Hoa valley and the rice terraces. Large terraced garden where you’re welcomed in by Huy and the “PR” dogs and cat, all very friendly. Amazing self- guided walks to Cat Cat, Lao Chai or Y Linh Ho start right from the entrance. Huy is a really great guy and an excellent manager, he makes everything happen to please his guests: arranges transport, suggests places to visit, walks and makes amazing iced coconut coffee.

Amazing location to go hiking. Great views of the rice terraces. Huts are comfortable, good AC and mosquito nets. Our host Huy was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He helped with booking walking tours and transfers. Breakfast was okay. We ate dinner at the home stay restaurant which was delicious. Overall a lovely stay and would come again.

When we first arrived, we were a bit unsure. But after meeting the lovely staff, seeing our room we had the best stay. The kids absolutely loved it! They had freedom to run around and play with the puppy dogs. It was a short taxi ride to sapa. We were actually really glad to be out of town slightly as a lot quieter. The staff were fantastic and the view is amazing.

Only the hotel manager spoke English but the rest of the staff was nice and tried their best to understand us.

The stay was great. The hotel manager was very helpful and nice. There were 3 dogs and a cat which were friendly. The view was amazing, especially from our bungalow (Banana house). there was an AC which we used to warm up the room. We had rather bad weather with a lot of fog but the misty atmosphere was also really nice. The food was delicious and didn't take long to prepare. We had dinner at Rosie House three times. Definitely recommend staying there.

The food in the restaurant of Sapa Rosie house is a bit expensive compared to other places. The looks and feel of the whole complex is premium, so then the prices for the food are also a bit higher.

Really nice spot with a great atmosphere. We were lucky with one good day regarding visibility. Then you have an amazing view from the stay. However, Sapa can be a gamble regarding good weather and viability. Life in the mountains 🙋🏼‍♂️

Having recently stayed at this remarkable accommodation, I can confidently say it's a real find. Nestled in a location that takes your breath away, the view is nothing short of spectacular. The bungalows, snug and inviting, offer both charm and comfort. They come equipped with heating, ensuring cozy nights, and boast lovely balconies perfect for taking in the surroundings. Food is simple but fresh and tasty —a real treat. Huy, the host, is really kind and helpful. Always ready to lend a hand, he promptly sorted out taxi rides whenever I needed them and was incredibly flexible with any requests I had. His warm welcome and quick responses added a personal touch to the experience. In terms of value, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better deal. Considering the stunning location, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, and attentive service, the price is more than fair. I've already made a return visit, and I'll definitely be back again. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat amidst stunning scenery.

The best part about the property is the staff. Mr. Huy always has a smile on his face and the staff’s warmness and care made our stay very good in the cold weather. The food at the place is also very tasty, it’s the same as a local home cooked meal. We had bad luck with the weather and didn’t get to see any of the views this property is famous for but it was still a cozy and comfortable stay.
