Lack of suitable sockets for charging - only one worked which you couldn't use at the same time as the kettle. For a large room sleeping 3 adults more working sockets would be great.

Because there weren’t so many guests, there wasn’t any breakfast buffet. And they didn’t have milk/ bananas for the pancakes. So options were very limited.

The receptionist lady who speaks english was very nice and helpful, unlike her male counterpart. The room was spacious and clean. I had trekking and did early check out and came back to pick up luggage, she gave me towel and let me shower with the hot water.

Breakfast was ok, staff weren’t present to top it up but did if you asked. A few veggie options but lots of meet for Vietnamese breakfast options. Only minor things and I wouldn’t let this stop me from staying again (even if I plan to never visit Sa Pa ever again!!!)

Excellent Wi-Fi, beds very comfortable, big rooms which were clean. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist spoke good English. A short walk from the centre.

Loved staying at this hotel! Staff doesn't speak English but they were always happy to help nevertheless! Breakfast is great, never had such a big one, so much variety to choose from (rice, noodles, meat, eggs, tofu as well as fruit and bread with jam, not to mention the coffee and tea!) Free water is also available in the kitchen. There is also a nice & cozy hal with many sofas where you can chill. Rooms are also beautiful for what it cost us.

We got an upgrade to the mountain view room. The room was very clean with good bathroom. The service was good.

Very central and almost next to the Fansipan funicular. They can arrange a 1- and 2-day group tracking for you, which is really nice. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed!

The lady at reception, (sorry I did not get her name..) was exceptional! She booked our Fansipan tickets for us and even walked us to the station. It was a bit chaotic in the station so we were so grateful for her help. Even though we did not have breakfast in our package she offered us breakfast which was really good. She always greeted us with a lovely smile and asked if we needed help. It really made our stay very pleasant.

Good room and most of all the employee's are very friendly and helpful. I arrived in the middle of the night and could sleep on a bed in the lobby (free of charge) while waiting for the check-in time and even got offered free breakfast on the first day. 10/10 would 100% stay again!

the receptionist was really kind, friendly and hospitable! she gave us a free room upgrade to one with a mountain view upon arrival. appreciated having a window in our room as we could check the weather daily before leaving. she also willingly lent us umbrellas to walk around the city with and we could leave our luggage behind after check-out when we explored the city a little more. location of the hotel was close enough to the center but quiet enough to have a good night’s rest.

No, nothing that i didn't like.

The host was super friendly and attentive to our needs. She gave good recommendation for our afternoon coffee with excellent view! Very accommodating, the place is clean and the location is near to almost everywhere we need to visit. Strongly recommended.
