Our air conditioning didn’t work so we were reliant on a fan and it was very hot - this was partly our own fault as we didn’t mention it to staff. You also have to leave your key at reception when going out for the day/night and collect it in your return.

Excellent location with lots of bars and restaurants around. Clean, spacious room. Good value for money.

Furniture in room was bare minimum and motel was well hidden.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, they even followed up the situation and helped me when I missed my train to Da Nang because my taxi was late. Good location, close to restaurants and bars but in a quiet alley.

there were ants all over my bed bed was not comfortable second floor is where breakfast is and if you stay there you will hear the morning people and be woken up

The common areas were not that well taken care of (reception and breakfast room). I found the choice for breakfast very limited (fried noodles or fried eggs with bread) and the staff a bit pushy in trying to sell tours in the city.

The rate was way too expensive given the comfort and facilities of the hotel and compared to other hotels in Vietnam. At this rate, breakfast should have been provided. Bed is too stiff, uncomfortable, and no proper blankets / duvets provided, only a thin blanket like bed sheet. Bathroom has poor ventilation system. Room's size is ok but they have a wooden chair not a couch. Some staff didn't speak English.

Good location. They have motorbikes for rent at reasonable price.

The hotel had moved, and while the last confirmation had the new address, I wasn't alerted to the change before I arrived so I went to the wrong address. Fortunately the hotel was nearby.

Good location and the room had everything I needed. They were very accommodating when I had to return to the hotel unexpectedly when my train to Ninh Binh was cancelled.

Room was with an amount of ants on the wall, breakfast was meh. The room door was made of glass so either the corridor light and ambient light were filtering through. There was some confusion to get to the hotel as Booking locates it to the previous hotel address.

Very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fair size of the room with both AC and fan. Hotel was very quiet.

The mattress was a bit hard, and the door was made of glass so if another guest turned a light on in the hall, it would be quite bright in the room. also watch out for getting the right location, as the hotel moved locations!

Nice, clean hotel, surrounded by bars and restaurantes, but still very quiet. We walked to the old citadel in about 30 minutes. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful.

Air-conditioner did not work properly, it was not cool enough for an early summer night. Beds are big enough but the room is quite small, there is not enough empty space for luggage storage.

Location. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars and cafes, good for entertainment.

The water tank for the shower wasn’t very big, so only limited hot water, enough for a shower but for a female maybe not the best.

Owner was lovely and very informative on things to see and do, loved every minute of the stay here. Very close to the walking streets of Hue. If I am ever in Hue again they will be my first pick.
