They should deep clean rooms properly to have more enjoyable stay. This is a suggestion.

Big Double Bed has never been seen before in any hotel The bathtub was superb and clean. The rooms are big and large washrooms clean and tidy. The breakfast was standard Helpful staff members

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was huge and comfortable. The room had all amenities and facilities you would want for the price. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. And the location was also great and very close to the beach with several restaurants and shops just next to the hotel. The first receptionist we saw when we first got there at night was not very welcoming. But all the other receptionists and staff were very kind and welcoming.

Affordable accommodation with easy access to nearby stores. Hotel staff are very helpful and they can speak basic English. Recommended to book the tours from the hotel as it is quite cheap compared to the booking at the tour site. Hats off to staff Thao and Hieu

Pretty close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery marts around. Plenty of GRAB drivers around. Housekeeping staff were prompt and diligent. The front desk was courteous and helpful. The FREE breakfast buffet was great and the kitchen will make eggs to your liking. Finally, the security guard is friendly and very helpful.

Some of the staff were cold, one even sat at the table talking on the phone with someone while the guests were eating there. The included buffet was normal, not as shown in the pictures.

The location is convenient, the room is good although the exterior design of the hotel is pretty old and downgraded

It was hard to find the entrance at first because the main entry is located on level one instead of ground and was not well lighted at night - maybe they should give clear information to guests on this so they would know what to expect and where to find reception) The room was older than it looks in photos -may need to upgrade or re upholster and could be more cleaner - the painting on wall had moulds on it and the white pillow cases seem like a yellowish color and the head boards seemed unclean and no towel rack in bathroom. Small room space if you use a medium sized luggage bag but it could work better for anyone with a small luggage bag (had to keep my luggage bag closed to get enough space to walk around without tripping). Breakfast needs improvement. If they can improve on some of the points above (especially regarding cleanliness and upgrading) I would be glad to stay again.

The hotel is central and a short walk to lots of restaurants. shops and cafes and places to hang out near the beach. It had an elevator and my room was located on 10th level with a window and view of the city. Comfortable enough for a few nights stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me with tour bookings.

Nice double room with a comfortable bed. Nice city view from the window. Great price, good breakfast and great location. The room is cosy but fine for the two of us. There's a place that washes laundry, right next store and they were great too. Convenience stores are right across the road. The security man at the hotel, who spoke little to no English, was friendly and helpful with our luggage. Luggage was stored securely after check out, until we were ready to leave.
