The size of room, the feet of bed has steel turn face out , it can get accident with ur feet if not see. The cleaning is medium, especially toilet is not okay and has smell a little bit. The room size is small. The bed sheet looks old already. Don’t feel fresh.

The location is great and also provided breakfast and the bed is large size

Only 1 Elavator which is slow. Especially at breakfast and check out time. Breakfast can be crowded at peak time and seating is limited. The pool is small but OK for a roof time dip. Motorcycle parking is on the street but there is a nice security person at all times.

Staff were very helpful. Manh on the front desk speaks very good English and was helpful when I wanted to change rooms and then extend my stay. Room cleaning was spot on and kept everything clean and tidy

Overall is nice. Swimming pool is not as expected. I'd think it's a good option for solo trip, but not for couple or fancy vocation. Hard to find the entrance at the first place.

Great location, 2 mins walk to the beach. The staff Mr. Manh is very helpful during our accommodation.

The entrance of the hotel is little messy!

It’s well located and value for money property. There is a just 300 meter away (3 min walk) vegetarian Indian Restaurant “Gujarat”. 3-4 min walk away from My Khe Beach. We used the Hotel basically for the storage of our luggage and comfortable landing stay in Da Nang. Our purpose is well met through the Hotel.

The room size was small as i had booked a room for 4 people. The hotel should have given the option of selecting 2 rooms during booking instead. It just felt a little cramped. While the listing also mentioned continental breakfast, the options were just a couple of them and the menu was generally Asian. Also there were hardly any vegan options on the menu.

The hotel was located just a few hundred metres from the beach and the room has a nice beach view. The staff were friendly and helpful and also the room was equipped with a bathtub.

They should have something in front of the hotel so we could wash off the sand from our feet.

the hotel (lift, lobby) & room is not very clean. when we checked in, the bathtub & toilet wasn’t cleaned properly & there’s stain on the bed head. at night a bit noisy

location is good, walking distance to beach & there’re many restaurants nearby so very convenient. staff is quite nice. room size is ok with quite big bathroom

First of all, we have been given option to upgrade to one of their another hotel which is: Menora Grand Hotel , so all my review is for Menora Grand Hotel & not for Menora Premium Hotel. 1) Only a small window in the room. 2) The luggage were not proactively picked up by the hotel staffs (neither during check in or check out).

I booked a room in 3 star hotel but was upgraded to a 4 stars hotel just around the corner. That was a nice surprise :)

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Lots of families with loud kids at breakfast, so would personally prefer hostels when available.

The breakfast was lacking variety for vegetarian. We never got any new toilet paper for our 3 nights there, we had to buy our own.

The location of the hotel was good. The bed were really comfy. The rooftop pool was great.

The gym area and pool could do with some clean up. Really let’s this hotel down.

Had great stay here. The view from my room was great. The bed was super comfortable. Location was really good. 5 minutes walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants near by. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices.
