The air conditioner could be better. Even though I had the lowest temperature, I was still sweating while slept. If they could upgrade them, it could be even better.

Great location. It is close to the beach and close to all the bars, pubs, and restaurants. The room has everything you want for the long stay: a cooker, refrigerator. The room is spacious. It also has a washing machine and a place for you to dry your clothes. For the price, this one is worth what you paid for.

The only thing was when I went to get a plate from the cupboard and the plate was dirty. Kinda gross. Somebody put a used, dirty plate back instead of cleaning it. Other than that, the place was great.

We loved our stay here. We were expecting a washing machine in our room, but there was none. The host was very lovely and kind and let us use hers. The beds are amazingly comfortable!

I don't understand the reviews I read elsewhere where they complained a lot about this hotel. I stayed here for 18 days and I couldn't ask for more. It has everything I need to make a solo traveller's staycation more than comfortable. The hotel's building is small compared to most buildings surrounding it but I think they compensated for it with the size of the rooms and all the amenities you can find in the room. A comfortable bed, a fridge, a kitchen, a washer, a functional ac, and the room service staff is polite and attentive. Note: The hotel door closes at around 8 pm or 9 pm and the room's locks only work with a key card so you should be mindful of bringing your key card with you whenever you go out.

I liked everything that was here so no complaints.

The Rooms were cleaned every day. The staff at the reception were very helpful also the room cleaning staff did a very good job. Always smiling. Location is close to the beach and price is very affordable. Will definitely come and stay here next time.

Easy check in with cute young receptionist. Good price on the day was discounted. Have stayed before here so knew what to expect. Unfortunately room not available for longer stay so checked out. Had the most comfortable bed I've slept on for some time.

Our booking said king room with sleeper sofa. The bed may have been king but there was only a love seat not a sleeper sofa unless you’re the size of a small child. Wasn’t a problem bc there were only two of us but wasn’t as advertised. Because of the locale near the tourist streets at night we were serenaded until late late night by very bad, loud Karaoke from the alley by our bedroom window. There was also a vendor who on his PA system loudly hawked Bun Bao until the wee hrs of the morning. Neither of these annoyances are under the control of the hotel but future guests might want to be aware if sleep is important to you.

The property was nice enough for what we needed. Everything we needed was I. Walking distance. The staff easily and reasonable arranged a motorbike for us and were extremely responsive to our questions and needs. There was a nicely outfitted kitchenette had we been inclined to cook, but we weren’t. Also a washer was available for us which would have been a great help to anyone staying for extended periods of time.

The towels were old and gray but from what I red it's everywhere in Da Nang like this. Three is some noise from ambulatory vendors and sometimes some construction but I think comparing to other streets here it's quit quiet.

The housekeeping lady was very courteous and would come around midday when she noticed we were getting up late. We didn't need cleaning every day but she asked anyway. We could always ask only new towels, toilet papier and bottles of water. The space is big and has everything nrcessary for a lon stay, washing machine included.

Aircon needed servicing was dirty no filter. Cleaner did put back clean filter on request. Also missing kitchen equipment eg. No cups, frying pan..again given on request.

Very comfortable big beds X2. Daily cleaning. Good location near beach, cafes & mini marts. Our room had window but view only a wall. Had a lift. Good value for price( off season)

I had a very nice room, 35 square meters. Spacious, clean and with lots of light. The staff was just lovely. I liked the location, very close to the best restaurant in town (Loving Vegan) and to the beach. I liked it so much that I extended my stay

Location is perfect at mykhe beach. All other stores, food restaurants, night market is walkable. Facilities in the room was up-to-date. Toiletries, AC, towel, slippers provided. Elevator to reach up. Building is like new and surrounding area is happening.

Close to the beach and all the 24/7 shops. restaurants and sports bars. Next to My An area so lots of choice food wise. Staff were really helpful and available. Everybody everywhere always smiling.
