We had the loft room which had a large balcony and outdoor tub. It was great to sit out there but there aren’t any chairs and you have to haul the large comfy chairs outside which is a bit silly. Also the tub would take about 4 hours to fill (really) and we gave up after 30 minutes and didn’t use it.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hannah was amazing at organising all of our taxis and trips for our 6 days here. We looked forward to coming back every evening. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room was serviced daily. The bed was so comfortable and the air-con was superb and came without any noise whatsoever. The shower never ran cold and was powerful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We loved the pastries, yogurt and omelettes. The hotel is in a busy street adjacent to restaurants and so there is some noise until late evening but we really liked feeling in the middle of Vietnamese life and so it was a positive and not a problem. The road starts to come alive at about 0630.

A very minor quibble: I found the wooden lounge fine but not my preferred level of cushioning and would have personally have appreciated a soft recliner somewhere (either in the sitting area or on the deck, which was sadly unfurnished

I stayed in the loft, which offered not only a light and bright bedroom, but an upstairs sitting/dining/kitchen/laundry/deck space. In addition to a very comfortable room, the hotel’s pool was well-kept and refreshing to dip into after a day’s sightseeing. The breakfast offering involved a selection of basics which was changed up between my two mornings, as well as a staffed station for fresh noodles or omelettes. The location was handy and the hotel fronted onto a surprisingly quiet street between two major thoroughfares.

Location, Room, breakfast, staff. We loved it here, it’s quirky, it’s only a short walk to the river and a short taxi ride to the beach. The staff were excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very friendly security guard helps you with practically everything you’re doing i.e luggage. I booked a private room, they are very spacious and clean with perfect amount of facilities.

We booked the loft and it was perfect. Plenty of space and lovely terrace although sadly not enough time to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and the doorman was fantastic always helping us with Grab and welcoming us back as we came back and forth. He is definitely a credit to the hotel, made our stay.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and friendly. We want to thank especially to receptionist Hannah who was so helpful. She arranged for us transport first to Marble Mountain and Hoi An, second- to Ba Na Hills. She helped us with online check in and with taking Grab to the airport. The drivers who took us to Marble Mountain, Hoi An and Ba Na Hills drove safe, they are professionals, punctual and the vehicles are in excellent condition. Thanks for wonderful trip in Da Nang. Would recommend the hotel.
