The only reason I couldn’t give a perfect 10 was that our room on 5th floor had a constant droning/whirling sound from the swimming pool pump on the floor above. Not so bad during the day, but incredibly annoying when trying to sleep at night.

Really great mini apartment with everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay. Big comfy bed with clean crisp linen. Decent size kitchenette and fridge. Tons of storage space, big shower, strong AC, smart TV, and huge wall to wall window. Location is close to the beach and quiet, but about a half hour walk from the main restaurant areas. We were well looked after by Ms.Lan who was always on hand or on WhatsApp to help us organise room cleaning or sort out any issues. The apartment was cleaned and made up efficiently at a time and frequency of our choosing. The rooftop pool area is great and wasn’t busy during our stay. We used the gym daily but it is incredibly hot as they only have fans instead of AC.

Very spacious and clean apartment with the most comfortable bed we had in south east asia so far! The apartments are located very well - you can reach a lot of caffès, restaurants and the beach in a short walking distance. We felt like home and will definitely come back.

The Sekong Apartments are a little farther away from the city center than many other apartments. For us however this was a pleasurable trade off for the quiet neighborhood and because we enjoy walking. The only real problem was the noise from neighbors when they moved chairs across the tile floors. Amazingly loud and sometimes awakened us. Strongly recommend that management consider the simple and cheap fix of putting rubber feet on the chairs.

We moved to Sekong Apartments from another location that was not anywhere near as good as advertised. Sekong Apartments surprised us because it was even better than advertised. We loved the open floor plan as it made the room feel more spacious. The staff was so great, and helped us in many ways.

The staff is so helpful and friendly, the apartment very clean and comfortable. All facilities are good quality and the bed is very comfy. The pool on the rooftop is absolutely amazing with great seaview. The location is near the beach, some coffee's and restaurants. We stayed at 5 different places in Da Nang and this was definitely the best. Highly recommended!

I can't find anything. Everything was perfect!

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed, big balcony with sea view and a nice bathroom. The kitchen has got all important accessories and a lot of space to cook. Also the Wifi is good, the TV big, with Smart Apps (YouTube, Netflix and more). The rooftop pool is great, very clean with a nice sea view. The location is very good and safe, only 3 minutes walking to the beach or the plaza, but more quiet than beachfront. There are some restaurants, cafés and minimarts in walking distance. We stayed in 5 different hotels in Da Nang, but this was definitely the best. It's amazing and a really good value for money. Thanks a lot for the great stay here!

Wasn't aware that it was cash only, so for longer stays be prepared to bring enough. Also no ATMs nearby so will have to go further out to find one if needed.

Amazing room. Very spacious and clean, with all the furniture one would need. Felt like this would be a great place for a long term stay. Convenient location in terms of being so close to the pool, though if you don't feel like going out can always use the infinity pool at the top.

Some of the furniture had sharp edges, resulting in all our family members getting nipped in one way or another. The floor was dusty. The management was rather rigid/petty when we discussed a late checkout - please exercise more flexibility if you wish to make Sekong Apartments a memorable stay for your guests (and get higher ratings for yourself).

The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Spacious and well-equipped apartment unit. Tasteful pine wood furnishing which gave the room a cozy feeling. The infinity pool at the rooftop was well-maintained and the water was clear, plus the view from the rooftop was wonderful. About 7 minutes walk to the beach (turn right when you exit the apartment premises).

Had to pay cash no card and I wanted to rent a motorbike but they don't do it there ,not much english is spoken at the lobby, it's very close to the beach but a bit away from the more tourist area ,depends what you are looking for

The apartment was new and comfy, big living area ,it had the basic kitchen utilities if you want to cook, but why would you, handy for tea or coffee in the morning, fantastic pool on the roof ,Netflix is on the tv, all in all very pleasant place to stay

The Sekong Apartment is quite nice in a fairly good position. I originally booked a studio but was offered to upgrade to an apartment for around $300 more. On arrival the queried the room as it looked to me like a studio. I was then informed that they only have studios. So what was the upgrade ? The sea view is between two hotels and the sea is about 200 metres from the apartment. The balcony is about 1 metre wide. The kitchen was basic. One frypan, one pot, one colander, one kettle, two small cups, four bowls, of different sizes, two forks, two spoons, no knifes, except one small caving knife.and a small fridge. The sink had only cold water. The TV was reasonable except there were no local channels, Netfix was logged in and was in some foreign language that I couldn't change. The only channel usable was Utube. The couch was reasonably comfortable except it smelt of all the sweaty bodies that have sat on it before, The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fine and had everything required. The other problem was it was directly opposite the Temple that plays very loud doof Doof music every night. The good thing was it usually finished just after 10.00pm The girls on reception were very nice and tried to help where they could. There was a bit of a problem with communication though. The pool was nice on the roof , the only problem was that during the day when you want to use it it was to hot. There is no shade so you can't lay by the pool or you would fry. There is a small gym, it has a fan but no aircon. I don't know why you would want a sauna or steam room in Vietnam. I was therefor 4 weeks so we know the good the bad and the ugly
