There was no attendant or helper at the property. We had been asked to stay one day at their other property because this was having some problem and since we had contact of the lady there, we called her for help if needed. If she didn’t reply we had to message on booking.com for even the wifi password.

The only the negative for us was the ants in the kitchen which made it extremely difficult to cook/eat in the appartement. However the staff cleaned the room and tried their best !

This was a nice appartement with an excellent location. The staff was very friendly and the lady who helped us could speak English which was a positive. It is a nice place to stay for a few days. The bed is confortable!

The room is not like the pictures at all. It is very old and run-down (though clean). There are some stains on the walls/ceilings/floor. The appliances are VERY well used. Not an issue if the pictures had reflected it accurately, but the way this place is promited it just wasnt accurate. Was not informed that I could only pay cash upon arrival so they kept my passport for the 1st day, which I didnt like at all.

It was clean and the housekeeper made sure we had everything we wanted. We had a lot of privacy.

All the electric appliances is so useful and comes in handy.. u can even cook on your own.. almost all the utensils you need is there.. feels like home🤗

The reason gave it a high mark is because when the owner found out how old we are and that we would need to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor they moved us to another hotel they owned that had an elevator and gave us an apartment in it for the same price.

The check in process. I sent them a message stating my estimate arrival time, which was correct in the end. When I got there, I found out they didn't actually have a front desk. One would have to call them to be let in, which was pretty bothersome for someone without a calling number such as myself. Luckily an older gentleman, probably the father or uncle of the place came right then and rescue me. The gentleman was awesome and deserved a rating of 10, but hasn't he been there, things could have gone really badly for me.

The room was wonderful. It was really clean and modern. It even has a small kitchen which I didn't use but could certainly be useful. The location is awesome, closed to My Khe beach, where one could go to ride the wave, and the Bac My An market, where one could go to get cheap but fresh food. A lot of restaurants and eating establishments around as well.

The bed was a bit hard.

Large and comfotable. With kitchenette. Location was in a residential area, about 800m from beach. There's amenities and food everywhere. Try Drop Coffee cafe a few doors away ... excellent gourmet coffee fix.

The room looks worn down, worse than from the pictures. They didn’t clean our room, only changed the towels and rubbish bag, and I know this because I left some tip for the cleaner and it was still there.

The location was great, the surrounding was quiet and close to a convenience store, the beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the property. The property offers motorbike for rent.

It would be better if there is any elevator or some equipment to help bringing the suitcase upstairs. Such as me carry a very big suitcase and bring it to the 4th floor was exhausted.

Attentive staff and location make this great property. The room was as advertised , and clean The woman who managed the property helped us plan our trip and how to get around. We would definitely stay again.

Hygiene was beyond pathetic, we saw 2 cockroaches as we entered the apartment, there was one on the bed the following day. We asked them to relocate us to the Sen Boutique hotel which is also owned by the same people and that was much much better. There are no elevators so carrying your luggage will be a task, the pool was dirty and there is no reception, once you reach the location you have to call the number and wait. Please consider booking rooms or the studio apartment at Sen Boutique Hotel, that is a much better option.

The rooms were spacious, they are essentially studio aparments, the good part ends with this.
